Ellinor left the blood collection room with the little girl, Lea Reynolds, heading towards the trauma room to wait for her mom to finish donating blood

The intern on the left snorted, shaking her head in disagreement. ‘Hmm.. I don’t think they’re in a romantic relationship. They’re probably relatives, like siblings or something Don’t you think they kind of look alike?”
The intern on the right tried to recall, “Now that you mention it, they do look somewhat alike! But how could they be siblings? If they are, why would a brother ask his sister to have an abortion? That doesn’t make sense!”
The intern on the left stood her ground, “Why not? If he’s the older brother and he doesn’t like the guy who got his sister pregnant, of course he might pressure her into having an abortion to avoid trouble!”
The intern on the right pondered. “Hmm… There are examples of that possibility! But, the way they were talking just now didn’t seem like siblings at all! That guy kept calling. her Ms. Mendoza, so formal, so distant. Would siblings call each other like that? I still think they’re more likely not siblings!”

“How are we supposed to bet on that? Even if we did, who could know their actual relationship? Are you planning to hire a detective to investigate them? I think that gentleman is very elegant, not like ordinary people. If he found out we were investigating him, we could be in trouble!”
The intern on the left was full of confidence, “Hire a private detective? What are you thinking? Don’t we have their blood samples right here? We could sneak off and do a blood test! If the result shows they are related, it means I’m right, if not, it means you’re right!”
The intern on the right widened her eyes in surprise, ‘Are you out of your mind? Using patients‘ blood samples without permission is illegal!”
“Oh come on! We’re not using their blood for anything bad, it’s no big deal if no one knows! Besides, it’s only us two who know about this, and whoever wins will become a full–time staff member! Weren’t you just so sure they had a special relationship? Why are you afraid to gamble now?”
