The Kiss That Sparked it All Chapter 2658

Chapter 2658

Valor certainly wasn’t the last girl to lose her way.

Perhaps Valor could have found her way back home, especially in this age of information. overload. And though it might take a while, she’d eventually learn to navigate a smartphone.

But just the same, there may come a day when she would leave the memory of her quaint little village behind, as it became nothing more than a distant memory.

As the cast took a bow, Ivy’s eyes glistened with unshed tears. She noticed many audience were wiping their tears too.

During her final shoot, she also had struggled to get rid of of Valor’s intense emotions.

Seeing the audience’s authentic reaction stirred her deeply – this was the true essence of performance.

Evelyn cut through the heavy air at this moment, “Thank you all for watching so intently. Now, we’ll move on to the Q&A session with the cast. If you’ve got questions, please raise your hand.”

Ivy took a deep breath, getting ready for anything.

No one knew Valor better than she did. From the carefree days of youth to the final scenes of bewildered despair, Ivy understood every struggle Valor faced.

The first question came from a sharp-tongued journalist, aimed directly at Ivy.

“How did you land this role? As far as I know, you were a complete newcomer before this film.”

Ivy picked up the mic, her smile confident, “I thought the past two hours of film had already given you the best answer.”

Her confidence was rooted in her performance – the most challenging in the film, and the most captivating.

The subtle nuances of her emotional delivery were what defined Valor’s character, and Ivy nailed them to the point where her performance was indistinguishable from reality.

Colton had always said she was born to act. Just by being there, by being herself, you were convinced that this was how Valor should be.

The journalist chuckled, “Very well, I’ve got my answer, and I see why Colton chose a newcomer like you. You’re quite a revelation.”

Ivy exhaled, relieved, “I hope my response was as satisfying as Valor in the film.”

The second question came from an eager, towering young man directed at Ryan.

“I was wondering, did your character ever find himself torn between Valor and Aurora? While watching, I felt like there was some subtle tension between him and Aurora – or is it just me overthinking?”

Colton, holding his mic, was intrigued. During the production, they had debated how to present the trio’s intricate emotions.

They didn’t want to taint Valor and Aurora’s friendship with a cliché love triangle; but at the same time, during the throes of adolescence, Ryan’s entanglement with both Valor and Aurora was bound to create some unique chemistry.

It wasn’t necessarily romantic, but the faint stirrings of something more couldn’t be ignored.

Ryan shared his thoughts, believing it wasn’t about love at that moment.

In the film, his character was devoted to Valor. Any affection for Aurora was likely born out of association, perhaps even seeking her aid in winning Valor’s heart.
