The Kiss That Sparked it All Chapter 2651

Chapter 2651

“Oh my gosh! Am I dreaming? Look at all this scrumptious food!”

The fans were over the moon, buzzing with excitement. In all their years of fandom, they’d never heard of a celebrity throwing such a lavish banquet for their supporters.

“I’m tearing up. Ivy really thinks of everything for us. I love her so much.” one fan gushed, eyes shimmering with emotion.

“Looks like you’re more in love with the food than with Ivy.” another teased, elbowing her companion playfully.

“Oh, come on! Don’t tell me you’d resent a good feast?”

“And here I come, roast ducks-”

Tonight’s trending topics were completely dominated by Ivy Dunhill’s fan meet. From the preparation of the event to the unexpected twists and the grand finale featuring snacks, every detail was hot gossip.

Her fans were on a mission to tantalize every netizen’s taste buds, broadcasting how

many mouth-watering dishes they had devoured from the snacks banquet.

Several top chefs were on standby, ready to whip up additional culinary delights. The snacks spared no expense, all to ensure every fan left with a satisfied smile.

Ivy, meanwhile, hadn’t really left. After slipping into more casual attire, she’d been watching from behind the screens. Her eyes were following every moment.

Balfour, always her steadfast shadow, lingered close by.

“Aren’t you tired? Maybe you should rest a bit.” Balfour murmured, pinching Ivy’s earlobe gently.

Ivy shook her head, a warm smile lighting up her face as she wrapped her arms around his waist. “I’m not tired at all. I thought I’d be drained, but seeing their excited faces fills me with so much energy. It’s absolutely magical.”

“Well done on a successful event.” Balfour praised and kissed her forehead tenderly.

Ivy yielded to his affection, closing her eyes before finally asking him, “Did that incident catch you off guard?”

“I wasn’t really startled.” Balfour admitted. “From the very first question she asked, I knew she wasn’t one of your fans. She came with bad intentions. You’ll encounter this kind of thing more often in the future.”

Ivy picked up on the underlying concern in Balfour’s voice.

“Even so, one blemish doesn’t spoil the whole. Apart from that one hiccup, the event was perfect, right? Look at all their faces with those contented smiles. One person can bring so much happiness to so many. It might just be for an hour or two, but it’s still pretty miraculous, isn’t it?”

Balfour turned her around, resting his chin atop her head and nodding in agreement.

“I get it as I was sitting there with your fans. But they only get to see you on stage, while I have all of you.”

There was a hint of pride in Balfour’s voice, leaving Ivy slightly speechless.

“Ha, you’ve always been different from them. Why even compare?”

Balfour remained silent. Sometimes he’d childishly compete with the fans over who loved Ivy more. But in the end, he always felt he did the most after all, he loved all of Ivy, quirks and all. He mused that others might not be so fond of her little eccentricities.

But then again, to know all of Ivy was to love her more. No one could resist loving Ivy.

As the event came to a perfect close, Ivy’s efforts over the past month had truly paid off.
