Tristan was his own flesh and blood. How could he not want to see him?

Marcus said in a deep voice, “Didn’t I tell you not to let anyone find out you’re not Tristan? How come Lea figured it out so quickly?”

“So, what if they see? Who cares?! Marcus, I guess you’ve probably figured out by now that Sophia tricked you into staying with her.
Why don’t we just clear the air today? Let Sophia’s true colors be revealed. You can use this opportunity to return to that good lady. She’s your real wife and your children’s birth mother!”
Marcus gave Lea a wry smile upon hearing this.
