“Mr. Leonard Youngblood was kind to me. Even if he died, I would rather be loyal to him!” Kurt replied.
“Then, what happened back then? Why was it you who sent the children back after Rosie disappeared? What did you do in between after Rosie left the Youngblood residence? Did grandfather ask you to do all these too?” Jonathan asked harshly.
Kurt looked at Johathan, and after hearing Jonathan’s questions, he knew that Jonathan had not fully recovered his memories that had been hypnotized back then.
If he had recalled those memories, he would not ask such questions. Meanwhile, Rosalie’s memories must have recovered a little since she could return to the Youngblood family again. Even if she had not recalled them all, Kurt thought Carlos and others would have told her clearly.
“But she probably didn’t tell Mr. Jonathan Youngblood about her fall into the sea. Can it be because she’s worried it would be mentally unbearable for Mr. Youngblood after knowing that?” Kurt thought.

instructions to try to get rid of me. But why did he want to save me?” she wondered.
“Since you’ve let the two children survive, you surely will let the other one survive, right?” Rosalie choked with sobs and continued, “Mr. Wilmer, you are not that cold-blooded. Since you showed kindness back then, please tell me the whereabouts of the other child. As long as you are willing to say it, no matter what happened before, let/bygones be bygones!”
She just wished the family could reunite in peace.
However, Kurt remained indifferent to Rosalie’s plea. “Let bygones be bygones? So if I say that if I sent the child to the Youngblood family, you must disappear in front of Jonathan forever. Do you agree?”
As soon as those were spoken, Rosalie’s face changed. Meanwhile, Jonathan straightaway pressed Kurt against the wall and warned, “Shut up! If you dare to say that again, I will kill you!”
“Mr. Youngblood, are you afraid? Are you afraid that this woman beside you will agree to my request and disappear in front of you for the sake of that child?” Kurt said with a smile.
Jonathan’s face turned extremely pale, and his body was trembling. Even his hands pressing Kurt were shaking.
Indeed, he was afraid. Even if he cared about the child, he cared more about Rosalie. He could not imagine how to survive if Rosalie disappeared from his world again.
Jonathan almost struggled to turn his head and looked at the woman standing two steps away. Her face was also pale, and something seemingly flashed through her eyes.

“Because if there comes a day where someone threatens him with me, I will end my life myself,” said she. She was still the same as those days in the present.
She loved him more than her own life. If she had to face the same situation as in the past again, she thought she would still make the same choice as before.
