Rosalie pursed her lower lip and asked after a sigh, “Where is he now?”
“If Ms. Leighton wants to see Mr. Youngblood, you can go downstairs later. I’ll take you to see Mr. Youngblood,” Carlos said.
Rosalie was stunned. She did not expect Carlos’ car to be downstairs already. She wondered if Jonathan had expected this to happen.
Rosalie thought, “Did he ask Carlos to reach first because he knows I would beg him to take Amelia and Aiden out after knowing their whereabouts?”
Rosalie suddenly felt that there was a net around her, one that she was unable to break free from.
“Okay, I got it,” Rosalie said and put away her phone.
When she returned to her desk, it was already time to get off work. Some colleagues began to leave one after another. Rosalie also hurriedly tidied up and left the office. It was after work, so she did not need to ask for leave.
When Rosalie arrived downstairs at the building, she saw a gray car parked opposite the building. Carlos came out of it.

Elodia looked at the car that had driven away and was filled with jealousy. She wondered how Rosalie could sit in a Maybach. “Humph, she’s just someone’s lover. The young influencers that Kayden usually befriends with are all very beautiful. He just finds Rosalie interesting.”
Elodia thought that the luxury car belonged to Kayden!

When the car stopped, Rosalie found herself in front of a restaurant.

Now, Carlos took Rosalie here.
The restaurant was much quieter than Rosalie thought. Even when she followed Carlos all the way in, she did not see any guests except for the staff of the restaurant.
“Why is there no one here?” Rosalie could not help asking.
Carlos smiled and said, “Mr. Youngblood booked this restaurant today.”
Rosalie was stunned and thought, “He booked it? The restaurant wouldn’t agree even if the prestigious families in Strico want to book it.”
There were only a few people in Strico who could do that.
However, Rosalie did not understand why Jonathan wanted to put in considerable effort to book the restaurant.
When she followed Carlos to the third floor, there was only one table left in the huge hall. Jonathan was sitting on the side of the table and looking at the menu in his hand.
After hearing the footsteps, he raised his head and looked in Rosalie’s direction.
Jonathan’s dark eyes were glinting with light and his thin lips raised into a sweet smile. His gaze seemed to be deeply impressed in people’s hearts, making it unforgettable.
Was that a deep glance of fate?
Then, Rosalie took a deep breath and walked to Jonathan. “I’m here. Can you help me bring Amelia and Aiden from Warren?”
Jonathan smiled gently. “Sit down first.”
Rosalie pursed her lips, while Carlos pulled the chair for Rosalie.
She hesitated for a moment and sat down first. Then, Jonathan handed the menu to her. “Look what you like to eat.”
“I’m not here for a meal!” Rosalie said.
“But I am!” Jonathan looked at her calmly and said, “Remember what I told you before? If I make money in the future, I will treat you to a good meal.”
Rosalie’s body stiffened. It was a long time ago. She lived with Jonathan in that small rental home. He called Rosalie his sister and since then she had another family member!
“I just don’t know if you are satisfied with eating here now,” Jonathan said.
Rosalie knew that she had to finish this meal if she wanted to talk about something with him today.
“You can order whatever you want. I haven’t been here to eat anyway, so I don’t know what is delicious,” said Rosalie.
“Alright.” Jonathan nodded and then turned around to give the order to the restaurant manager standing aside.
After a while, the restaurant manager and Carlos left. Jonathan said nonchalantly, “Do you want to help Amelia so much?”
“Yes.” Rosalie gave him a very determined answer.
“Amelia is not Lillian. Is she worth you begging me for?” Jonathan continued to ask.
“Worth it.” Amelia helped Rosalie when Rosalie was in a hard time. Perhaps it was hard for a person like Jonathan to realize how important it was when someone was willing to lend a helping hand when she was alone without support!
Jonathan pursed his thin lips. He had expected that Rosalie would answer like this, and even after she asked him to help find Amelia, everything was under his control.
The more Rosalie cared about Amelia, the better it was for Jonathan!
Nonetheless, he felt uncomfortable again when he really heard her answer.
Lillian was important to Rosalie, and now Amelia was also important to her. Even that little child was also important to her!
