When Amelia heard that, she knew immediately that he had misunderstood her.

“I’ve been out of prison for less than a year. How could I have such a big child?” She explained. “I adopted the child. Is that an issue?”

child?”
“It’s my business. It has nothing to do with you.” Amelia turned her head away. She was afraid Warren would notice something from her slight expression. “Warren, why don’t you just tell me how you plan to take revenge on me? Let’s get it over with soon. Then, we can end our relationship once and for all!”
He frowned unconsciously. “The eyes that used to love chasing after me all the time seem reluctant to even look at me anymore. How dare she?” Warren exclaimed inwardly.
Warren stepped forward and violently grabbed Amelia’s chin with one hand, forcing her to turn around. “Look at me!”
