Hanna and Alan’s plus-one exchanged glances. At last, Alan’s plus-one spoke first, “What’s your name, please?”
“I’m Hanna Zimmerman. You can call me Hanna,” Hanna replied with a smile. “Can I have your name, please?”
“I’m Tina Larson. You can call me Tina,” Tina replied politely.
Hanna looked at Tina who appeared to be in her early twenties and younger than her.
“By the way, Hanna, what’s your relationship with Mr. Gunner?” Tina asked curiously.
“He’s my boyfriend,” Hanna replied gracefully.
Tina was envious of her. “Hanna, what does your family do for a living? How did you know Mr. Gunner?”
“Well, I’m a comic illustrator and my parents are not businessmen. Calvin and I met in a restaurant,” Hanna replied honestly.
She didn’t see the need to hide it because it wasn’t a secret.
Tina had a surprised look on her face. Tina thought Hanna could become Calvin’s girlfriend because of her strong family background. In the end, she was nothing other than a comic illustrator.
