After a pause, Rosalie continued, “I thought you were almost recovered and Zinnia is healthier now. I wanted to tell you later, but I didn’t expect Warren to talk about divorce with you at this time.”
Amelia choked and asked, “Do you know how Warren is doing now? Is he… Is he okay?”
Although Warren’s lawyer said that Warren was fine, Amelia couldn’t believe his words at all.
Rosalie said, “He has been resting in the villa of the York family. Many affairs of the company are handled in the villa. He seldom goes back to the company, but there are special medical staff taking care of his life.” Rosalie learned the news from Jonathan.
Amelia’s body shook slightly. She knew that Warren had always been a stubborn man and was very devoted to work.
But Warren had been resting in the villa for more than two months. Amelia could imagine that he must be in poor health now.
Amelia went back to the concession stand in a trance with Rosalie.

Amelia said bitterly, “Mom, I owe Warren too much. He donated his liver to me twice, but I didn’t know it until today!”
Matilda was shocked.
“Mom, how can I repay him?” Amelia hugged her mother and cried.
Matilda gently patted Amelia on the shoulder, comforting her as if she were a child. No matter how old Amelia was, she was just a child in Matilda’s eyes.
“Just follow your heart. You can do whatever you want and repay him in the way you like without worrying about anything else,” Matilda said.
Matilda knew that Amelia spent her whole life worrying so much a he hid all the pain in her heart and suffered it alone.
But Matilda just wanted Amelia to be really happy.
Rosalie looked at Amelia and Matilda in front of her, with a flash of env in her eyes.
Matilda always stayed with Amelia no matter what happened. However, Rosalie had too few memories of her mother. The photo album left by her mother was almost burnt!
