A trace of gloom flashed across Zephyr’s face. “You’re right. I don’t understand, so Nicholas knows you, right?”

That night, Zephyr got upset when he saw Riley together with Nichol Afterward, he bumped into Harriet and knew that Harriet loved him. the past, Zephyr never once cared about Harriet.
But that night, he drank with Harriet and spent the whole night with h as if to retaliate against Riley.
After Riley was sent to the psychiatric hospital, Harriet told Zephyr that she was pregnant with his child. Harriet even had the examination report from the hospital. If Zephyr did not believe it, Harriet would give birth and send the baby for DNA testing.
In the end, Zephyr married Harriet.
At that time, it made no difference who Zephyr married.
“So, you’re blaming me now? If you and Nicholas hadn’t been involved in the past, why would I marry Harriet? Riley, you have brought this upon yourself!” Zephyr scolded.
“I brought this upon myself?” Riley sneered. “So you knew I wasn’t mentally ill right from the beginning. Yet, you still let me be locked up there, right?”
In fact, this question had been in Riley’s mind thousands of times! She wanted to ask Zephyr in person countless times!
However, Riley did not expect it to sound so calm when it finally came out of her mouth. Even she was surprised.

Zephyr almost subconsciously wanted to avoid looking into Riley’s eyes.

“Why did Riley tell me that she was pregnant back then? Was she hiding something else? Or maybe, she had no choice but to do so?”
Riley looked at Zephyr coldly. Her red lips slightly opened, and her hoarse voice said with a trace of indifference, “No, I lied to you.”
The child that was once in her stomach had been long gone. When Riley gave birth to a dead baby in the psychiatric hospital, Zephyr was most likely having a good time with Harriet,

“You claimed you hadn’t done anything wrong, but now you want to fight me because of Nicholas. How can you tell me that you have not fallen in love with Nicholas?” Zephyr roared.
“Yes, I love Nicholas now, but it’s too late.” That was Riley’s answer.
In an instant, Zephyr looked extremely upset.
The air was filled with tension. Just then, there were sounds of fighting outside the ward. Then the door of the ward was pushed open. Obviously, the people brought by Zephyr outside the ward had been subdued, and one of them stumbled into the room awkwardly.
“Mr. Scott… I’m sorry. We didn’t manage to stop them.”
Zephyr looked coldly at Jonathan and Rosalie who walked in. After returning the other day, Zephyr had checked out Jonathan and Rosalie’s identities.
