Lillian was already in the lounge in Callum’s office when she woke up.
Callum was sitting by the bed and looking at his phone screen.

“Nothing. I’m just checking online to see what documents one would need for marriage registration,” Callum said.
Lillian’s sleepy eyes widened in an instant, and all the traces of sleepiness disappeared.
“What are you talking about… Marriage registration?” she asked in surprise.
Callum looked at her face and smiled. “What? Don’t you want to marry me?”
“Uh…” She hesitated for a moment. “Well… I do want to marry you, but you’re skipping a few stages and bringing up marriage so abruptly. I-I don’t know how to react.”
“Abruptly?” He glanced at her abdomen, which was visibly extended now. He thought that getting married now would still be considered late since she was already pregnant!
