Simmons brought the washed fruits to the table. We all chatted and ate, then played a board game. The time just flew by.
The next morning, I hobbled into Stella’s car. She initially wanted her brother to drive me, but I firmly declined.
Once I got to the hospital, I was able to snag an appointment with Russel with no problem. When it came time for the consultation, I went in alone while Stella waited outside for me.
