With Miss Lin around, she didn’t dare to act on her own and send the coffee to Ye Moxuan herself, so she brought it straight to Miss Lin. “Miss Lin, the coffee is done,” she said softly.
Miss Lin gave her a look of approval before pressing her lips and smiled. “Not bad. Send this document downstairs.”
Han Muzi quietly received it. “Alright.” In front of Miss Lin, she tried her best to act obedient and lovely so that she could create an image of herself as a newbie. If she showed too much of her impatience, Miss Lin had the right to fire her.
While Han Muzi went to send the document, Miss Lin brought the coffee over to the President’s office. Knock-knock!
“Come in.” Hearing the knock from the door, Ye Moxuan lifted his eyes to have a look. He thought that the strange woman would send the coffee over herself, but surprisingly, it was Miss Lin this time. For some reason, he unconsciously furrowed his eyebrows as his eyes landed on the cup of coffee in her hand.
After he drank the coffee made by that weird woman, he could never forget the taste of it, so he asked her to deliver the coffee while Miss Lin was still at work. Unexpectedly, it was Miss Lin who brought the coffee herself. Could this coffee be made by that strange woman?
“Young Master Xuan, your coffee.” In the past, the company was always managed by Yuchi Jin personally and everyone called him President Yuchi. Ever since Yuchi Shen replaced his position, everyone called him Young Master Xuan instead since the word ‘Shen’ in his name sounded somewhat similar. Besides, addressing him as President Yuchi would clash with how they addressed Yuchi Jin.
She placed the coffee on the desk and it sent forth a delicate smell.
Ye Moxuan’s eyes rolled as he picked it up to take a sip. The taste is still the same. This is made by that woman. Nice! If I ever want to drink coffee in the future, I could just order my secretary to bring it to me so that the strange woman doesn’t think that I like her coffee.
“Young Master Xuan, please take a look at this document.” After seeing him taking a sip of the coffee, Miss Lin handed Ye Moxuan a file in her hand and she talked business with him.
About one or two minutes later, Ye Moxuan had already finished his coffee. As Miss Lin prepared her stuff to leave, he ordered her to send in another cup of coffee ten minutes later and she readily agreed.

Ye Moxuan nodded to give his regards.
“If there isn’t anything else, I will go back to the secretary room now, alright?”
“Sure.” She turned away and took two steps before she was halted by Ye Moxuan. “Miss Lin.”
She stopped her steps and looked back at him suspiciously. “Yes, Young Master Xuan?” Today, she felt that Ye Moxuan acted a bit odd since he never asked about her matters, but he had actually asked about her assistant.
The gold-plated pen kept on spinning between Ye Moxuan’s delicate fingers while he landed his eyes on Miss Lin before saying calmly, “Miss Lin, you are my grandfather’s valued secretary, so you only need to deal with the important documents. As for those trivial matters…” He trailed off for a moment. His black eyes were so enigmatic that no one could figure what he was thinking until he spoke again, “You can just hand them to others to deal with.”
Miss Lin was taken aback. Even though Yuchi Shen looks indifferent and cold on the outside, he is still concerned for others. She smiled gently while feeling a bit moved. “Young Master Xuan, I’m still your secretary after all. Even if President Yuchi isn’t here anymore, I still need to fulfill my responsibilities.”
“Miss Lin, just do as I say. Otherwise, it’ll be hard for me to explain to my grandfather.” Yes. I’ll just put all the blame on my grandfather. It’s perfect.
When Miss Lin returned to the secretary room, she couldn’t help but sigh. Outstanding people are always likeable and he is so considerate too. Listening to her, Han Muzi twitched the corner of her lips and said hurriedly, “Miss Lin, you are thinking too far ahead.” She didn’t know how long she was going to be here.
