“Are you scared?” Ye Moxuan chuckled lowly when he noticed the fear in her eyes. “How courageous of you to replace your younger sister to get married into this family when you’re actually a coward.”

Shen Qi gulped; she could still feel the lingering taste of him on her lips as she sat up straight and stared right into his eyes. “I’m not scared.”

“I’m not!” Shen Qi was determined. “Xueyou would never plot anything against you! I only brought her here to visit. You can’t do anything to her; I won’t allow you to do so!”
Her last sentence was like a touch to his soul as he paused. “You won’t allow it?”
“Yes! I won’t allow it!”
“Woman, are you jealous?” Ye Moxuan suddenly chuckled lowly, and his laughter was so contagious that Shen Qi felt hot and heavy from it. The man in front of her was not only good-looking, but he was also a great kisser with a nice voice…
