In the middle of the night, the driver drove the car over to Seabay Villa. When the guards who were taking night patrols saw Ye Moxuan’s car from a distance, they allowed him to enter after a simple greeting.
When the car entered the parking area, the driver quickly got out of the car and opened the door. After Ye Moxuan got out of the car, Shen Qi had already curled up into a ball in his arms with his suit on her.
As the place was close to the beach, the evening breeze was so cold that it was able to make one shudder. However, as Shen Qi was buried in Ye Moxuan’s warm embrace, she was not cold at all.
“Young Master Ye, will you be staying here these few days?”
“Yeah,” Ye Moxuan responded hoarsely. “After Xiao Su settles the matter tomorrow, come and find me. You may go back now,” he ordered.
“You’ll be alone?” The driver shot a worried glance at Shen Qi, who was in Ye Moxuan’s arms.
“Don’t worry about me. You go back first,” Ye Moxuan instructed coldly.
Upon hearing that, the driver nodded. “Alright, then. Just call me if you need anything. I shall take my leave now.” With that, he drove away.
In the dark night, Ye Moxuan held Shen Qi in his arms while he moved forward slowly. The wheels of the wheelchair rolled on the ground, producing a soothing uniform sound. Though the sea breeze kept blowing on his shirt, making his shirt wrinkled, Ye Moxuan’s expression remained unchanged. He lowered his head and glanced at the woman in his arms.
From the moment she got out of the car, she seemed to feel uneasy and cold. Her hand had been gripping his clothes tightly, and her petite body was constantly snuggling in his arms, clinging to him tightly like a child dependent on an adult.
In the past, Ye Moxuan detested women approaching him. But now, something deep within his heart had stirred, and he wished this woman would cling onto him every day just like this moment, and that she would think of him as the safest harbor and cling onto him wholeheartedly.

When Shen Qi heard his voice, she moaned and frowned as she snuggled into his arms to get more warmth from him. Seeing this, Ye Moxuan sped up and entered the house.
A maid who had been standing guard opened the door for them. When she saw that Ye Moxuan was suddenly back in the middle of the night, she thought something urgent had happened. But after a second look, she found that there was another person in his arms. Although that person was almost fully-covered by his suit, the blue skirt and heels had already revealed her gender. The maids then looked at each other, not daring to say a word.
Without another word, Ye Moxuan immediately took Shen Qi upstairs to settle her down personally.
When he was about to put her down, Shen Qi was still clutching Ye Moxuan’s clothes tightly, having no intentions to let go. As such, he frowned. “Let me go first so that I can change your clothes.”
“I don’t want to.” Shen Qi opened her eyes and looked at him drunkenly. “You want to take advantage of me!”
Ye Moxuan froze, his eyes darkening. He leaned down and put his forehead against hers while he asked in a hoarse voice, “Who did you say is going to take advantage of you?”
“You!” Shen Qi retaliated angrily. Because her actions were too great, her face bumped into his, and her soft lips directly landed upon Ye Moxuan’s. At that moment, his breathing became heavier, but before he could react, Shen Qi yelped and reached out her hand to cover her mouth as she looked at him with widened eyes, like she had seen a ghost.
“What?” Ye Moxuan pursed his thin lips and stared at her calmly. There was a burning sensation rising in his lower abdomen, but he suppressed it. He wanted to see what this woman would say.
Shen Qi covered her mouth and stared at him for a long while with wide eyes. Then, she took her hands away and said something that left Ye Moxuan stunned, “You kissed me just now! You just took advantage of me!”
When she said those words, her eyes were as clear as an unpolluted lake. Aroused by her, Ye Moxuan pulled her closer to him with his big hands. His warm breath heaved on her fair and delicate skin. “You’re saying that… I kissed you?”
His sudden approach had shocked Shen Qi, whose eyes widened again like they did just now. She stretched out her hand to block Ye Moxuan’s chest and tried to push him away, but the latter was as steady as a mountain, making her doubtful of her strength.
“Then tell me, where did I kiss you?”
Shen Qi blinked blankly.
“Hmm? Tell me,” Ye Moxuan coaxed in a low voice.
“Lips—mmph!” Shen Qi pointed at her pink lips. However, she only managed to utter a word before her lips were sealed by Ye Moxuan.
He held the back of her head with one hand and hugged her waist with the other, binding her tightly as he lowered her head and sucked on her lips.
The drunk Shen Qi was much more charming beyond Ye Moxuan’s imagination. Her clear eyes that were usually cool were now very tempting; just a look from her made him almost unable to hold himself back. The last time when she was drunk, he was already attracted to her. Back then, he was convinced that all women had such charm when they were drunk.
But after seeing how Yan went berserk tonight, he knew that not every woman had such a deadly attraction like Shen Qi—his wife, Shen Qi.
After enduring his urges all the way, he was finally free. Ye Moxuan caught her and kissed her furiously all the way from her lips to her nose and then to her eyes before finally landing on her neck, leaving a few pink marks there.
After feeling the pain, Shen Qi wanted to push him away in a daze. However, Ye Moxuan attacked her even furiously. Finally, her entire body turned soft in his arms.

The next day, when Shen Qi woke up, she found herself on a big, soft bed. The sunlight came in through the huge French windows, illuminating the room brightly.
With just a glance, Shen Qi saw the blue sea. The shiny reflection of the sun that shone directly on the sea was breathtaking. Nature was truly beautiful beyond words; it could not be artificially shaped.
Shen Qi looked at the sea for a long time before coming to her senses suddenly. Where is this place? Why am I here? Didn’t I meet Yan last night? Why am I in a room with an ocean view after waking up? Am I… dreaming?
Thinking of this, Shen Qi started moving around. She wanted to get up and take a look around, but she felt a tight grip on her waist, thereupon she was pulled back by someone and fell into a warm embrace. Just when she wanted to scream out loud, she heard a familiar voice in her ears. “Let’s sleep for a while more.”
