Shen Qi felt like she had been asleep for a long, long time.
She had a bad dream. Ye Moxuan had seen through the fake abortion certificate that she had asked Han Xueyou to find someone to make. Then, she was taken to the hospital by force and her baby was brought out in the most gruesome and bloody way.
“Ah!” Shen Qi screamed in terror as she sat up from the bed.
She covered her tummy with her hand subconsciously. She was covered in cold sweat.
She looked at her surroundings and noticed that it was already daytime. Moreover, the surroundings looked familiar. It must be Ye Moxuan’s room.
Then, the memories from yesterday came flooding back as Shen Qi lifted up the covers suddenly and jumped down the bed. Was her child gone? Would she be denied the chance to become a mother in the future?
“Why the f*ck did you yell? A cold voice stopped Shen Qi in her tracks as she turned her head toward the voice. She was barefooted. She saw Ye Moxuan being wheeled into the room by Xiao Su.
When she saw him, she was filled with rage as she grabbed the pillow beside her and threw it at him.
“You b*stard!”
The air around Ye Moxuan turned chilly as Xiao Su batted the pillow away to the side. “Shen Qi, are you mad?!”
“Ye Moxuan! You beast! How could you be so cruel?! Give me back my child!”
Shen Qi’s emotions were out of control as she grabbed his collar. Her eyes were brimming with tears.
“Who are you calling a beast?” Ye Moxuan’s voice was calm. There was neither happiness nor anger in his tone.
Shen Qi glared at him with bloodshot eyes.
“Let go!”
Shen Qi did not let go of him as she bit her lower lip in defiance and looked at him.
“Miss Shen, please know your place! Release Young Master Ye!” Xiao Su bellowed in anger.
“Even a beast has way more feelings than you. You are not only heartless, you are evil as well!”
“Really?” Ye Moxuan smirked. “So, is this how you see me?”
Shen Qi glared at him with bloodshot eyes as she remained silent.
Her eyes were already brimming with tears. However, she tried her best to hold it back in front of him.
“Very good!” Ye Moxuan grabbed her fair, slender wrist as he pinched her chin. “Beast? A beast has more feelings than me? Haha! Xiao Su, get out!”
Ye Moxuan exuded a cold, imposing aura. In that instant, Xiao Su shuddered as he turned around silently and left.
“What are you doing?! Release me!” After Xiao Su went out, only then did Shen Qi react. She wanted to break away from him.
Although Ye Moxuan was a cripple, he was strong. He held on to her wrists, and in that instant she couldn’t move a muscle.
The next second, Ye Moxuan tugged her into his embrace as his large hand encircled her slender waist, and with his other hand he pinched her chin as he pulled her toward him.
His cold, dry lips pressed upon hers without warning.
Shen Qi’s mind froze in that instant as she stared at him with wide eyes.
W-What was he doing?
While she was lost in her thoughts, a stinging pain came from her lips which brought her back to reality.
Ye Moxuan’s breathing was deep as he exuded a chilling aura around him. His imposing aura surrounded her in that instant.
Shen Qi was in a trance.
Why did Ye Moxuan feel so similar to the man who wanted her more than a month ago?
It had been awhile, and Shen Qi could only recall that the man was quite domineering. She couldn’t remember the rest, including his voice.
She didn’t even manage to make out the license plate of the car. If it wasn’t for the fact that she was pregnant now, she could try to find the guy from that night.
A stinging pain arose from her lower lip which caused her to regain her senses as Ye Moxuan stared at her with a pair of dark, unfathomable eyes.
He retracted his lips as he said darkly, “As my wife, how dare you get distracted while I am kissing you?”
With that, the hand that encircled her waist shifted position as he reached out to grab the back of her neck. His grip was forceful, and that caused Shen Qi to cry out in pain.
“I thought you hated me?” Shen Qi stuttered. However, her eyes were looking at him with hatred.
“That’s true! The fact that I hated you and wanted to humiliate you are two different things. Mrs. Ye, it seems that you have a poor memory.” Ye Moxuan smirked as he pinned her down.
“Mmm!” Shen Qi’s lips were held in his mouth once again. She wrinkled her eyebrows in pain as she tried to push away the person in front of her. However, his hand encircled her waist once again as he locked her firmly into his embrace.
While their lips were intertwined with each other, Ye Moxuan said in a hoarse voice, “Since you said that I am a beast, then I will make your words come true.”
Just as she was still in a daze, he had already pushed her shirt up with his other hand as his big, hot hand began to explore her body.
