After Tang Yuanyuan came back to her senses, she used the middle-aged man’s phone to call the police.
The man had never expected the both of them to be so forceful, so he subconsciously begged them for forgiveness. “I beg you; please don’t call the police. I have a family waiting for me at home. I’m sorry; it’s my fault. I shouldn’t have harassed the lady.”
The man pointed toward the lady but she subconsciously evaded and did not dare to meet his gaze at all.
Being harassed was deemed a shameful thing, so the lady dared not to rebuke the man. Now, she didn’t even dare to admit that she was being harassed.
The onlookers looked at the lady as her face turned red out of embarrassment in the very next second.
“Why is everyone looking at me? I have no idea what happened.”
After saying this, she looked toward the middle-aged man and scolded, “You’re the one who’s being hit. It has nothing to do with me at all, so don’t simply point at me!”
The middle-aged man was stunned by her words. He had not expected her to say something like that at all.
Tang Yuanyuan, who was more innocent, explained in a soft voice, “But I just saw—”
“What did you see?” The lady interrupted her words, “What do you understand; you little b*tch? It’s so crowded on the train that it’s a normal thing when someone accidentally touches you. What’s it to you that you have to talk about all this nonsense?”
The lady had a loud voice and a fierce face that scared Tang Yuanyuan.

The middle-aged man then took the opportunity to sneer at them, “The both of you haven’t even figured out the whole situation, and yet you want to be heroes? You said you wanted to call the police right? Go ahead; I’m not afraid of you.”
“Do you think you’ll be fine just because she denied what you did?”
Yuchi Yishu’s gaze was cold as he reminded him, “It seems like she couldn’t make it clear.”
He turned his gaze toward Yuanyuan and asked, “Have you called the police?”
Tang Yuanyuan shook her head and added, “That lady said…”
“Don’t worry; just call the police. There are CCTVs installed on the train.”
Yuchi Yishu’s face was indifferent as he continued, “If both parties have different versions of the story, the police will check the CCTV footage. Alas, the results will still be the same whether they’re willing to confess or not.”
The middle-aged man’s complacent look was still plastered on his face.
If they managed to obtain the CCTV footage and made this into a big issue, this entire incident might appear on the news or even on the internet.
With this, the people around began to discuss it.
“Lady, someone is helping you out now. It’s fine if you don’t thank her, but now you have the guts to be angry at that young lady and deny the entire incident. Are you trying to set her up for injustice?” One of the elders spoke to the lady as he couldn’t bear it anymore.
The lady’s face blushed even harder and she kept quiet. If they really were to obtain the footage, she would certainly have no way of escaping anymore. However, the lady initially thought that after saying those words, nothing more would happen to both sides. She did not expect the young man to be so serious about such matters.
“Lady, try looking at this young man’s skill and age; you can roughly guess that he’s from the police academy. If you were to lie to him…”
Police academy… The lady lifted her head and looked toward Yuchi Yishu.
He seemed to have pinned the man down effortlessly while the man could not move at all no matter how hard he tried. By the looks of his skills and strength, the lady’s face turned pale as she finally bit her lower lip and said, “I’m sorry; it was my fault. I did not admit to it in the first place because I didn’t want others to look at me in a different way.”
Tang Yuanyuan was hurt by the lady’s words as she looked at her disappointingly.
She did not expect the person that she helped would come back to bite her. If Yuchi Yishu did not mention that the CCTV footage could serve as evidence, or if it was not because of the rapid technological advancements of this era, she worried that even with a mouth, she would not be able to prove anything.
Tang Yuanyuan did not speak a word to that lady but walked to Yuchi Yishu’s side. She then pulled his sleeves and called out, “Yishu.”
Yuchi Yishu looked at her and released the middle-aged man. After the man stood up, Yuchi Yishu returned him his phone.
“Thank you so much. Thank you for letting me go. I won’t do that ever again.”
“Call the police and surrender yourself,” Yuchi Yishu coldly and unexpectedly said.
“What?” The middle-aged man was stunned and remained in his position. He thought he had been let off the hook but did not expect that he had to surrender himself to the police. For a moment, he could not react at all.
In the end, he looked around him and saw that everyone was staring at him.
“Criminal charges are different depending on whether you surrender yourself or if someone reports you to the police,” Yuchi Yishu cold-heartedly reminded the man.
The man had no choice but to call the police. After listening to him confess his crimes to the police, Yuchi Yishu brought Yuanyuan back to his side.
After the incident, the train soon returned to its calm state. This entire incident had caused Tang Yuanyuan’s drowsiness to disappear completely. Just then, a young man beside them stood up and said, “Young lady, come and have a seat here.”
Tang Yuanyuan turned her head around, looked him in the eye, and noticed that it was the man who had spoken on their behalf. She then shook her head. “It’s fine.”
“You’re still young but you’re already brave enough to stand up for what’s right. I’ve reserved this seat specially for you, so come over and have a seat.”
The man saw how tired she was and willingly offered his seat to her.
However, Tang Yuanyuan shook her head persistently.
She was not a child anymore. In fact, she was about to become a grown-up soon and did not need others to offer her a seat.
The man had already stood up even before she even walked over, but since she did not come over to sit, the man did not return to his seat either.
Yuchi Yishu thought for a moment and nudged Yuanyuan.
“Since the man kindly offered you his seat, you should take it.”
Tang Yuanyuan looked up at him for a moment, then she bowed to the man. “Thank you.”
She then proceeded to sit down.
After she sat down, the man gave Yuchi Yishu a thumbs up. “Not bad, young man. Nowadays, there aren’t many people who would dare to stand up for what’s right. Yuchi Yishu did not reply to the man.
The man then continued, “Was that your little girlfriend just now? She’s lovely. Both of you are so kind-hearted.”

After hearing him explain to the man that she was his younger sister, Tang Yuanyuan’s heart sank a little.

She took off her shoes and placed her feet on the chair, burying her face into her knees as she shut her eyes.
