As he finished saying this, to her surprise, he dragged her into the kitchen. Not being able to convince her by his words earlier, he came up with a risky plan. Come; take out my heart first and see what that looks like, so that I don’t have to take out my own heart after you do it to yourself.” Jiang Xiaobai proceeded to grab the knife from his hand. Seeing that she was coming his way, Xiao Su was frightened and quickly put the knife back in the cabinet.
“Give me the knife!” Jiang Xiaobai was so bold and fierce as she tried to grab the knife from him.
This was supposed to be a trick to threaten Xiaobai, so that she wouldn’t leave him, as he wasn’t really going to do anything with the knife. Little did he expect that he would have to have to actually risk his life for this trick. Seeing how ferocious Xiaobai was, Xiao Su realized that he might have crossed the line. He shut the cabinet loudly and held Xiaobai tightly in his arms.
“I’m sorry. It’s all my fault. I shouldn’t have come up with such a terrible idea to make you stay in my life. But please tell me what you want me to do for you to forgive me. I was wrong before this, but I swear to you that I’ve already given up on her. You’re the only one that’s in my heart.”
