He grabbed Jiang Xiaobai when she tried to kick him. When she tried to push him away with her hand, he then seized her wrists, securing them above her head.

As Jiang Xiaobai was struggling hard to break free, Xiao Su had already crashed his lips on her. Noticing his action, Jiang Xiaobai immediately moved her head to the side, so his thin lips only managed to touch her face. Tired of her rejection, Xiao Su could only free one of his hands to hold her chin in place. Then, he leaned in to kiss her again.
Slap! Jiang Xiaobai immediately used her free hand to slap Xiao Su’s face.
In the quiet room, the sound of the slap was very loud. Xiao Su’s head was snapped to the side while Jiang Xiaobai’s pretty face was filled with anger. “I’ve told you before. Let me go now before I get mad!”
Xiao Su turned his head toward her, his eyes deeply fixed on her.
“What is the meaning of this?” Jiang Xiaobai pursed her red lip. Her beautiful eyes were red. Staring at him, she asked, “All you could think of is to bed me when I mentioned that woman. Do you know what respect is?”
When Xiao Su saw her red eyes, he finally gained back his self-control. Flustered, he explained, “It’s not what you think it is. I’m just…”
“Just what?! Am I not allowed to even talk about her? You immediately got angry just because I mentioned her! I don’t care if you’re angry but how could you be thinking of bedding me at this time? Where’s your respect for me?!”
Facing Jiang Xiaobai’s accusation, he couldn’t say anything back. Therefore, he was trying to shut her up in another way but he didn’t expect that it would make her angry. They stared at each other for a long time. Just when Jiang Xiaobai thought he was going to back off, Xiao Su suddenly lowered his head to cover her lips.
“Mmph—” Jiang Xiaobai’s eyes widen. This b*stard! How dare he do it again? Jiang Xiaobai was about to raise her hand again. However this time, before she could touch Xiao Su, he had already grabbed her hands and conquered her lips.
After a while, Xiao Su finally released her. His thin lips trailed along the tips of her nose, leaving soft kisses on her forehead, her hair, and finally, on her eyes.
At first, Jiang Xiaobai was still angry at him, but then, she could feel that his kisses had become more tender and loving. She even closed her eyes shyly when he was kissing her eyes. Although Xiao Su might be rough and hard like a rock, his lips were very soft. Jiang Xiaobai couldn’t understand what he was trying to do.
Releasing his hands on her, Xiao Su then rolled over to lie down beside her. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you”
Didn’t mean to hurt me? What does he mean? Jiang Xiaobai bit on her tongue hesitantly. His breath that had filled her mouth the second before had disappeared. He was still panting beside her.
After giving it a thought, Jiang Xiaobai rolled over to face him. “Is it that painful upon mentioning her name? Do you know that the more you act like this, the more I want to mention her in front of you? You are the one that dragged me into this in the first place.” Jiang Xiaobai looked at him with red eyes. “At first, I was ready to ignore everything. I would just act like nothing had happened. However, it was you who had caught up to me and said that you would bear the responsibility. Since you had promised to do so, you should at least do it right! I know you have another woman in your heart. I can understand you, and I am willing to wait for you. I wouldn’t have blamed her if she was a good woman. I just don’t understand why you are acting like this now.”
As soon as her eyes were red, Xiao Su’s mood also became more flustered than before. He quickly turned sideways, reaching out to move slowly toward her cheek. He opened his mouth as if to explain, but he didn’t know where to begin. What should I say? He, too, hadn’t sorted out his own emotions.
Jiang Xiaobai waited for a while. Seeing that he did not plan to say anything, she decided to turn her back to him and ignore him. At this moment, Xiao Su was even anxious. Looking at her back, he was at the end of wits, wondering what he should say. With her back facing Xiao Su, Jiang Xiaobai closed her eyes.
The two did not sleep a wink all night. And so, the next day, both of them had dark circles under their eyes. It was safe to say that they were not in a good mood too. Although they were exhausted, they weren’t sleepy. Xiao Su wanted to start a conversation with Jiang Xiaobai, but she didn’t even spare him a look. She went directly into the bathroom and closed the door.
Xiao Su was hanging up her phone when she had finished washing up. Looking at her, Xiao Su gave the phone a little wave. “Your mother just called. She asked what time we will be there,” he explained.
Jiang Xiaobai was stunned. Without saying anything, she walked toward him to take back her phone.
Xiao Su stared at her. When he realized that she was about to call back, he asked, “What’s wrong?”
“We are not going,” Jiang Xiaobai said. “Our relationship is very unstable now. It’s better that we don’t meet each other’s parents for the time being.”
Xiao Su’s eyebrows frowned while listening to her words. He stood up and marched toward Jiang Xiaobai, snatching her mobile phone away directly. “How is our relationship unstable? We have already made a promise to them yesterday so we can’t break it now. What’s more, it’s not like I haven’t met them before. Just think of this as a casual meeting.” He put away Jiang Xiaobai’s mobile phone. With a gloomy face, he said, “We’ve agreed to meet them yesterday. If we don’t show up today, your parents will be worried.”
Jiang Xiaobai didn’t refute him as he might have a point. After standing quietly for a while, Xiao Su returned the mobile phone to her. “How about this? We will go there before lunch. It’s still a bit early now so you can go and have some sleep. I will wake you up later.”
Jiang Xiaobai finally raised her head to look at him. Both of them did not rest well yesterday so they had dark circles under their eyes. He wants me to go and have some rest. Then, what about him?
“Go.”
“Then, where are you going?”
“I will go to the market to buy the things to bring to your house.”
Jiang Xiaobai blinked. Seems like he’s trying to apologize. She suddenly nodded. “Alright, go on then. I will go and sleep now.” With that, she took off her slippers and got into the quilt without any hesitation. She covered herself up, only revealing her head outside of the quilt.
So far, Xiao Su had always been a gentleman. After a quarrel, he would take the initiative to talk to her and admit his mistake. Like now, he would go shopping by himself and then let her have some rest although both of them did not rest well yesterday night. His action had made Jiang Xiaobai feel much better, so her anger also gradually dissipated. However, she didn’t plan to talk to him yet. Men like Xiao Su need to be taught a lesson. It’s better to wait for a while.
Thinking of this, Jiang Xiaobai closed her eyes without feeling guilty and went to sleep.
