“Let go.” Xiao Su said, his voice cold.
“Your Majesty, are you tired of me? I will change, if that’s what you want. Please don’t get bored of me,” Jiang Xiaobai said with her teary eyes.
Transformation? Do you think you’re Ultraman?
“Jiang Xiaobai, I don’t care if you’re drunk. If you continue with this crazy act of yours, I’ll just leave you on the streets, do you believe me?” Xiao Su pinched her chin while he moved closer to make his statement clear.
To make sure that she was able to look closely at his fierce face. He moved in relatively close, and it seemed that Jiang Xiaobai was surprised by his sudden closeness. She stood there dumbfoundedly.
Seeing this, Xiao Su thought that she was clear on his message. As he was about to move back, Jiang Xiaobai suddenly put her hands around his neck and kissed him.
She kissed Xiao Su aggressively with her alcohol-scented lips, almost knocking him over. It caught him off guard, and he did not know how to respond for a moment.
When he finally realized what was going on, and wanted to push Jiang Xiaobai away, she had already retreated with her eyes fixated on him as if she could stare right through his soul.
“Your majesty, please don’t leave me, I know I’m wrong.”
Baffled, Xiao Su did not know what to say. So she kissed him out of nowhere because he threatened to leave her behind?
But… Xiao Su frowned. He still could not believe that she had just kissed him, and what was even more shocking was that their lips were both pressed together.
Although she had kissed him before when they were at her house, that kiss only landed on the side of the lips. Not like this.
This woman is such a bad drinker. Xiao Su was thinking of how he could get even on this.
On the other hand, Jiang Xiaobai fluttered her innocent eyes, and her lashes were like two little fans. “If Your Majesty does not speak, does it mean that you’re still angry with me? Should I give you another kiss?”
“I’m…” He was not able to finish his sentence. Jiang Xiaobai had already moved forward and gently kissed him on the corner of his lips, her eyes sparkled as if she was waiting for his praise.
After that, Xiao Su bent over, his eyes burning as he inched closer to Jiang Xiaobai. With his voice husky, he asked, “Are you aware of what you’re doing?”
Jiang Xiaobai’s innocent eyes flickered. “Don’t you like it?” She looked gentle and delicate, as this was a soft side that she had rarely shown. This sudden tenderness of hers was unpredictable.
“Then what do you like? Let me give you another kiss please…”
Her tone was becoming lower, as her red lips inched away from Xiao Su’s thin lips. Xiao Su could feel his heart beating immensely, as though it was about to explode.
Right before their lips could touch again, Xiao Su pulled himself back together and quickly turned his head away.
Her soft lips thus landed on his cheeks. Stunned, Xiao Su quickly emerged from the car. He then slammed the car door behind him with a loud bang.
Jiang Xiaobai’s expression suddenly flushed with a sense of panic as he got out. Pressing her face against the car window, she shouted something toward Xiao Su.
Xiao Su walked to the other side of the car and sat in the driver’s seat. As he was coming back, Jiang Xiaobai relaxed and immediately grabbed his hand. “I thought you were about to leave me, and I felt so scared.”
Xiao Su felt tongue-tied as he glanced at Jiang Xiaobai. Then he massaged his throbbing forehead, thinking that he should just move the television away once they got home, to prevent Jiang Xiaobai from watching too many TV shows. This round it was all about the palace rivalry, who knew what kinds of demons the TV would show next.
Pushing Jiang Xiaobai’s hands away, he coldly demanded. “Sit back.”
Jiang Xiaobai could only look at him with puppy eyes.
“I’m going to throw you out of the car if you don’t sit back.”
Jiang Xiaobai still looked at him with those pitiful eyes.
Xiao Su pinned his lips, he figured that her current state of mind was not able to process ‘normal’ sentences. Therefore, he changed his words to. “If you don’t sit back nicely, I am going to put you in abeyance.”
As expected, a flash of horror passed Jiang Xiaobai’s eyes. She seemingly acknowledged the words as she hurriedly withdrew her hands and sat back upright.
She got it this time… Xiao Su finally understood that her mind functioned on a different channel.
At the same time, Xiao Su also realized what he had said. Shocked by his own words, he could not believe that even he himself was also affected by Jiang Xiaobai.
Fortunately, Jiang Xiaobai stayed silent during the whole drive home. She stopped her mischievous and bold behavior on their way back home.
But once they got out of the car, Jiang Xiaobai ran toward Xiao Su’s side and grabbed his arm.
Xiao Su glanced down at her. At the same moment, Jiang Xiaobai was also looking up at him with a helpless and pitiful expression painted on her face.
They exchanged glances for a moment. Xiao Su then held her hands and led her upstairs. Judging by his actions, it seemed as though he had given up trying.
Probably still threatened by his words, Jiang Xiaobai continued to oblige. After they had entered the house, she started to relax upon seeing that Xiao Su was not as tense as how he was a moment ago. While changing her shoes, she observed the interior of the house, acting as though she had changed into a different person.
He was drenched in sweat due to the commotion that happened, including giving Jiang Xiaobai a piggyback ride, not to mention the fact that she reeked of alcohol. Therefore, Xiao Su decided to take a shower and change his clothes.

She seemed to regard herself as a concubine and Xiao Su as the emperor.
Seeing Xiao Su out of the shower, Jiang Xiaobai showed a deceitful expression, but Xiao Su ignored her. Instead, he went to the kitchen to pour a glass of water and handed it to her, “Finish it.”
Jiang Xiaobai took over the water and then plainly chugged the whole glass.
“Do you feel uneasy?” Xiao Su asked after she drank it all at once. Her face was still red, but why was she not making any fuss at all?
