Chapter 6185
“What do you mean?!” Reggie exclaimed after looking at his broken arms.
“We’re calling the cops, of course! Those bastards got out of the situation unscathed! My arms are completely broken!
“I won’t be able to forgive myself if they don’t spend a few years behind the damn bars! I have ways to take out Harvey once he’s locked up!”
The long-haired man realized something, then ran off to make a few phone calls.
At this very moment, the room next door had the same dishes on the table.
That said, the waiters looked at Harvey as if they were staring at the face of God.
Harvey didn’t mind the situation at all; since someone else was paying for his meal, he naturally wouldn’t hold back. Other than the few dishes, a bottle of 1982 Lafite was brought over as well.
There wasn’t a lot of movement outside when Harvey was finally done with his meal.
Yvonne poured Harvey a cup of tea, smiling. “Let’s play a game, Sir York.”
“What kind of game?” Harvey chuckled.
“Reggie’s been boasting about bringing his support, but we don’t know who. Why don’t we make a guess here?” she said.
“No need for that,” Harvey replied calmly.
“If it was his father, he would’ve been here by now.
“If it was someone from the underworld, the waiters wouldn’t even dare send food here. People from the other rooms would’ve been evacuated immediately too.
“Since there’s nobody here yet…
“There can only be one choice.
“Reggie called the cops.”
Harvey sighed.
“Looks like there are some things that can’t be avoided, even in a place like Wolsing.”
“From a certain perspective, he’s the victim if we only look at his broken arms. It’d do him no harm to call the cops anyway.
“Still, there’d be deep trouble if the cops are coming…”
Harvey chuckled.
“But why should I be scared when I have the lady of the Xavier family here?
“You misunderstand me, Sir York.” Yvonne smiled gently.” Reggie’s the one in deep trouble here.”
Knock, knock, knock!
A few light knocks were heard outside.
The three inside the room looked at each other; Reggie and the police didn’t need to be this polite, after all.
Ray stood up and went to open the door; as soon as he saw the person outside, he instantly froze before gasping for air. Yvonne glanced over, and seemed shocked as well.
Harvey looked over, and saw an elderly man in a robe.
“Who’s that? Is he impressive ?” he asked after freezing for a moment.
“Very,” Yvonne replied in an odd tone.
“That’s the Hunt family’s butler. His status in the family is immense; from a certain perspective, he should be able to speak on behalf of the old lady.”
Before Yvonne was done speaking, a beautiful woman showed up at the door as well.
She was around five-foot-six with high heels; she wasn’t wearing any makeup, but she still looked extremely enchanting.
More importantly, her ladylike aura was enough to make anyone ashamed of themselves after first glance.
