Chapter 6001
Serval’s complexion turned awful.
He knew the sword was coming straight for him… Yet, despite his overwhelming strength, he felt completely powerless.
What did this mean?
Judging from his current state, he probably wouldn’t be able to defend himself against Dorian’s attack.
Without hesitation, Serval quickly slapped his hand on his seat and shot out of the window. He was a complete mess when he landed on the side of the road.
Swoosh!
The shimmering blade passed right through the car-it was instantly split in half.
“Hmm. You’re pretty good!” Harvey raised his thumb at Dorian.
It was quite an impressive attack; Harvey was sure he himself couldn’t do the same bare-handed. Then again, he had never tried using weapons. Maybe the car would turn to mush after that…
“Tell me, do I have the right to get involved now?”
Dorian pulled his sword back, and glanced calmly at Serval.
Serval’s expression kept changing. Then, he chuckled wretchedly. “No! You don’t! Go!”
At his command, four Demon Monks rushed forward at the same time.
Swoosh!
Dorian flicked his finger, and his sword flew out again. A string of slashing sounds filled the air; the four Demon Monks fell to the ground, paralyzed.
They couldn’t be considered living beings in the first place. They lay on the floor, exhaling long breaths of air.
Serval was enraged. “How dare you ruin the Demon Monks like that?!”
“Go, Brazen!” Dorian waved his hand once again.
Streaks of blood were seen around the monks’ bodies, and they stumbled back. It was a wretched sight. In just a few moves, they were already back on the ground, completely paralyzed. Serval’s face turned ugly.
Harvey, meanwhile, was quite impressed.
‘Dorian’s pretty good… Who said he was heavily injured? No wonder the outskirts’ branch has been under control for so many years.’
He was sure that even if he didn’t visit Longmen’s outskirts branch, Dorian would be able to deal with Wesson with ease.
“I was wondering who could be so impressive… You’re Mr. Dorian!” Serval said. He finally recognized the man in front of him.
“All thirty-six branch leaders of Longmen are able to hold their stations wherever they are. I bet you must be feeling pretty wronged to be posted in a rundown place like this.”
Serval slowly stepped forward. He didn’t dare act all high and mighty anymore.
“I’m curious. What right does this man have to be protected by you? Do you want him to be your son-in-law just because he saved your daughter?”
His words were filled with ridicule.
“If that’s the case, I’ll ask the Smalt Sect to keep him alive for your sake.”
Dorian looked at Serval calmly.
“Even if I tell you the reason, do you really think you’d get out of here alive? People who know too much will always die. Do you really want to know?”
