Chapter 5986
The man was the current master of Heaven’s Gate, Prince Gibson.
As one of the masters of the sacred martial arts training grounds and a member of the Country H Martial Arts Alliance’s council, Prince’s fame in the martial arts world had been booming.
Neil couldn’t help but come forward to welcome him.
Before Prince could start showing off, he saw Harvey with the corner of his eye. He quickly stumbled towards Harvey.
“Sir York! Why are you here?!”
Courtney and the others showed horrible expressions when they saw Prince pampering Harvey. They didn’t expect the experts Neil invited would show so much respect towards Harvey.
“Do your best,” Harvey said, without any intention of reproaching Prince and the rest. “It’s a rare opportunity to sell Mr. Neil a favor.”
He then turned around before walking down the stairs. Prince, Layne, and Justin folded their arms in respect.
“Have a safe trip, Sir York!”
Neil’s face kept twitching.
After a while, he finally spoke up. “Why are you three calling him that? Do you know him?”
“Of course!” Justin showed a prideful expression. “Sir York is a prominent figure in Longmen. He was the one who appointed me as the vice branch leader!”
“Sir York’s the owner of the Martial Hall! He was the one who hired me to be the lead instructor!” Layne said shyly.
“Sir York’s my sworn brother!” Prince exclaimed with a fawning look. “He was the one who solved Heaven’s Gate’s crisis. Without him, I wouldn’t be in this position in the first place!”
Neil’s eyes kept twitching; he couldn’t believe the words he just heard.
“So, his skill…”
“Sir York sent me flying with a single slap back then!” Justin said, looking proud.
“I couldn’t even defend myself against his single punch…” Layne said with a gloomy expression.
“I wouldn’t dare go against Sir York!” Prince said, sighing.
“What?!”
Courtney and the others instantly went sluggish after hearing those words.
‘So Harvey’s an actual expert martial artist?!’
While Neil, Courtney, and the others were wallowing in their shock, Harvey arrived at the front door.
Romina had been waiting for him. After seeing him come out, she quickly got out of the car and welcomed him inside.
Harvey casually opened a bottle of soda before taking a sip.
“How’s the investigation going?”
Romina started the car, then handed Harvey a stack of documents.
“As you expected, sir, the Smalt Sect is involved. The person who hurt Quincy is completely gone. Even his family disappeared immediately after.
“Only the Smalt Sect can do something like this in the outskirts. I suspect the person was sent to the Warrior Tribe, but there’s no proof of that yet.”
“Did Amos do this? Or was this Stefan’s doing?” Harvey asked.
“Probably Stefan. Judging from Amos’s behavior, he’d look down on small tricks like these,” Romina reasoned.
Harvey shook his head.
“What’s fake can be made real, and the same goes for the other way. What if it really was Amos?”
