Harvey York’s Rise to Power Chapter 5940

Chapter 5940

Lupus couldn’t hold his anger back any longer. He had seen just how terrifying Harvey was after getting beaten up before.

“Do it! Shoot him!”

The disciples of the Smalt Sect chuckled coldly, stepping forward with firearms in hand.

Bang, bang, bang!

Before they could even do anything, Romina had already pulled the trigger. Her shots were very accurate; every single bullet pierced right through the disciples’ wrists.

The firearms fall to the ground, and the impact of the bullets was so strong that they sent the disciples flying. It was a wretched sight.

Bang!

Another loud bang was heard when Lupus couldn’t even react in time; he was slammed into the door after getting hit by a bullet.

The bullet pierced through his shoulder blade. A simple movement was enough to make his entire body shiver in pain.

Blood came right out of the bullet hole, shocking him so much he didn’t dare move an inch. He knew he’d die of blood loss if he did anything rash in a situation like this.

He had no choice but to grit his teeth, and glared at Harvey.

“How dare you pull your guns against us, you bastard? The Smalt Sect doesn’t allow humiliation! You think you can even handle the consequences for doing all this?” he yelled.

Harvey stood up and approached Lupus.

“You’re still spouting nonsense?” he said, tapping Lupus on the face. “Shouldn’t you be able to answer that question yourself by now? Not just you, even Amos doesn’t mean anything to me!”

“You…”

Lupus was trembling from sheer rage.

“Kill me if you dare! If you don’t, I’ll be the one to watch you die soon enough! You’ll suffer a horrible death after this!”

Slap!

Harvey swung the back of his palm forward, slapping a tooth out of Lupus’s mouth.

“Call your boss. Tell her every single thing that I told you. I’d love to see who’s better-the sect, or me?”

Lupus gritted his teeth, and his eyes kept twitching. He wanted to keep acting strong, but he simply had no choice.

He took a deep breath before dialing a number on his phone. A calm voice of a woman was heard soon after.

“Why are you so slow, Lupus?”

Lupus’s eyes and mouth twitched. “I’m sorry, Ms. Xyla. I can’t do anything about this. I’m afraid you’ll have to take action…”

Xyla froze for a moment.

“Interesting,” she said curiously. “I’ll come take a look. We’ll see who we’re up against soon enough.”

A few minutes later, the customers in the entire bar were all kicked out.

A group of bald men hopped out of the car, glaring coldly at the bar. They then flooded the entire bar at a moment’s notice.

They were disciples of the Smalt Sect, who had gathered here because of Amos’s appearance. Despite that, someone still dared to disrespect the sect.

To them, this was simply unforgivable!
