Having said that, Julie looked at Harvey meaningfully.
She believed that a kept man like him was unworthy to be with Mandy, but she had no choice but to accept it. After all, this was Mandy’s decision.
“You’re Harvey York, right?”
Julie approached Harvey, and adjusted his collar.
“I’ll let you off the hook since Mandy said so,” she said, her tone considerate yet prideful.
“But, I will chase you down if anything even happens to her. If she loses even a strand of hair, I’ll cut off your arm!”
Harvey slapped Julie’s hand away.
“Don’t worry. I’ll make sure that she’s safe.
“As for you, you should stop sleeping with so many men. The more partners you have, the less pure your energy is. If this keeps up, your energy might just implode.”
“What did you say, you bastard?!”
Julie’s face darkened instantly.
“I’m a Maiden! I would never sleep with anyone! How dare you slander me like that! How are you going to take responsibility for this?!”
“You should know full well if this is slander or not. If you don’t like what I’m saying right now, then don’t listen. Pretend I haven’t said anything.”
Harvey looked curiously at Rhodes. There was no way he was only Julie’s junior.

Seeing Harvey’s meaningful look, Julie badly wanted to strangle him to death. But because Mandy was there, she had no choice but to swallow her hatred.
Rhodes’s face went dark as well; if it weren’t for Mandy being around, he would’ve ditched his gentle but capable martial artist facade and take action immediately.
Mandy glared at Harvey, then smiled at the rest.
“Don’t be angry, Julie. My bodyguard doesn’t have a filter on him; just treat it as him spouting nonsense.”
There was something Mandy didn’t say.
She looked at Julie with a confused stare.
She knew Harvey was quite skillful and had a keen eye; he could see what a lot of people couldn’t.
Thus, she was worried about Julie.
“I don’t know what you even see in him. He’s just a kept man!
“If it weren’t for you, anyone who treats me like this in the outskirts would suffer dearly.
“For your sake, I’ll let him off the hook! But if this happens again, I can’t guarantee the disciples of the Kronen Temple would remain calm…”
“Is that so? Someone was just about to throw you out of the place though… What’s the point of pretending now?” Harvey said.
“Harvey! Enough!”
Mandy glared furiously at Harvey. This man seemed ready to go all out instead of suffering for even just a little bit!
“I scared those people away. My senior’s reputation is completely unharmed,” Rhodes retorted.
“Of course you did. You’re pretty impressive…” Harvey said.
After being glared at by Mandy, he had no choice but to nod helplessly; he didn’t want to argue any further.
Seeing Harvey’s defeated expression, Rhodes was smug.
“Come on, let’s get the dishes out! Don’t hold back, everyone! Let’s make this a great night!” Julie said, after glaring coldly at Harvey.
