“Are they going to take the beads?
“They must be planning to send experts to keep the family safe too!
“That said, they must be asking to pick an auspicious day to accept the beads, and that everyone in Aenar Temple needed to make preparations of some sort…
“Am I right?”
Ernie’s jaw instantly dropped. He was speechless at that moment.
Aria was confused as well.
“Did Grandfather call you in advance, Sir York?”
“No.
Harvey just smiled.
“That was just a guess.
“Aenar Temple is one of the three great temples.
“Do you think they’d refuse the three beads after your family offered to give them?
“Their reputation would be ruined!
“Not only do they not have a choice, but they’d have to act grateful even if we handed them a hot potato!

“Conrad should be out before then.
“He can do many things in twelve hours, but it won’t be enough…
“Stefan wants him to act, but with less preparation.
“This means Stefan’s pretty determined to get the beads after all.”
Ernie frowned.
“I don’t understand, Sir York. We’re about to send the beads over anyway. Why is he still so determined to get them?”
Harvey sipped his tea.
“Stefan wouldn’t care about the beads being sent to Aenar Temple before the public…
“But if the beads were to end up lost, nobody would know where they’d end up.
“He’s doing this as a diversion.
“It’s a trap after all.”
Aria and Ernie stared at each other. They realized it would be a big hurdle just to send the beads to the Aenar Temple.
“How should we deal with this then, Sir York…?” Aria asked after a long pause.
