Chapter 5667
Aenar Temple was located in the Scuva Mountains range.
However, the auction site was not held there. Rather, it was in a memorial tower about thirty miles away from the temple.
The tower had thousands of years of history and was one of Aenar Temple’s properties.
Because of the outskirts’ tourism development, many elegant buildings were built around the tower, turning it into a typical place of leisure.
Harvey York took a shower and got into his usual clothing after classes before calling a cab to the venue.
Many luxury cars could be seen all around the auction site.
Not just ordinary luxury cars like BMWs and Audis, Lincoln Customs, Bentleys, and Rolls Royce Phantoms were also seen everywhere.
Judging from this, it was clear that even a secluded place like the outskirts was filled with wealthy people.
Harvey casually took a few glances before coming to the entrance. After mentioning Aria Surrey’s name at the reception, he was respectfully invited to enter.
No matter how lavish the inside looked, an antique yet elegant feeling could still be felt.
The faint smell of flowers wafted, making the site seem serene.
Harvey followed the trail into the tower.
The place was much more spacious than Harvey initially thought. Bright lights illuminated the entire place as if it were morning.
Other than a few seemingly respectable monks, many upperclassmen in exclusive clothes were also seen there.
Ordinary people would not be able to afford a piece of their clothing or decoration even after working their entire lives.
The outskirts’ upper social circle was not that big anyway. All wealthy families’ businesses revolved around the Wolven Tribe and the four great tribes.
Because of this, everyone formed their small circles in places like this.
A person like Harvey, who belonged to none, would naturally garner a lot of attention.
Harvey completely ignored everyone’s gaze as he glanced around him calmly.
The auction had not started yet. The Surrey family was also not present.
He was completely alone.
But he did not mind it at all. He casually found a corner to sit in before asking a waiter to bring over some tea.
While Harvey casually sipped his tea, a shocked voice came from beside him.
“Harvey?”
Harvey recognized the familiar voice before instinctively turning around.
It was one of Billie Higgs’s good friends and the woman with a naturally cold expression, Judith Pedler.
Then again, she was an innocent and kind young woman at heart.
Harvey poured her a cup of tea with a smile. He seemed to have a soft spot for Judith.
“I didn’t expect to run into you here instead of the university.”
“That’s true.”
Judith’s eyes lit up when she sized up Harvey.
“I heard that Aenar Temple’s auction is only allowed for insiders. How did you get in here? After all, not many are invited here…”
Harvey gave a shrug.
“I just walked in. That’s all.”
