Teo was filled with resentment.
He didn’t understand why the mighty third young master of the Surrey family would have to be this humble.
Even if Harvey was a capable man, there was simply no need to throw away dignity just to fawn on him.
Roger’s eyes kept twitching as he watched everything unfold. His handsome face had completely lost all color.

Teo took a few steps back, and started screaming at Ernie.
“I don’t understand! Why are you fawning on him like this?

“His entire family’s dead. He came all the way here to seek help from Harlan. Without Harlan, he would’ve been begging for food on the streets!
“What’s the point of being scared of him?
“Besides, I’m not afraid of him even if you are! I have Young Master Roger with me! The Mammoth Branch, too!
“Be honest with me! Does this bastard have something on you? I’ll beat him up and make him spill everything for you!”
Roger and the others came to their senses, and glared coldly at Harvey.
They didn’t know what Harvey had to make Ernie act like this, but they didn’t think they had a reason to be scared of him either.
Ernie gritted his teeth, glaring furiously at Teo. “I told you to kneel, you bastard! Do you not understand me?”
“No! I don’t!”
Teo remained stubborn.

“If you want me to kneel, then wait till this bastard’s six feet under!”
Roger and the others started to gain their confidence.
“That’s right! Men from the outskirts have no need to be scared of people like him! We have dignity!”
Everyone started cheering after hearing Roger’s words.
