Harvey York’s Rise to Power Chapter 5629

Chapter 5629

After seeing Harvey remain silent, as if he were shocked by Bryar’s mere presence, Ernie started looking down on Harvey.

He wasn’t sure why his grandfather Lennon made Harvey an important guest, but if Bryar could take down the enemies while suppressing Harvey at the same time…

It’d be beneficial for Ernie.

Wildcat hesitated for a moment, but then decided not to say anything.

Though he knew just how strong Harvey was, he had no idea that Harvey managed to correct the Surrey family’s energy regulation technique.

If that wasn’t the case, Wildcat would’ve told Ernie off by now.

After a few rounds of alcohol, Ernie led everyone to a park beside a lake in the urban area.

The park was already closed at five o’clock in the evening. Only the side door leading to a Budokan was opened.

The place was dimly lit, but the Budokan beside the lake was very striking. To build a Budokan in a place like this was enough to show just how powerful Longmen’s outskirts branch was.

“You haven’t told me the name of the person who came to challenge Longmen yet,” Bryar exclaimed while he walked at the front, his arms crossed.

Ernie hesitated for a moment. “Have you heard of someone called Windwalker?”

Bryar pondered the name for a short moment. “The outskirts’ Windwalker, Henrik Higgs?”

Ernie nodded.

“That’s him! The person who’s been challenging us is his disciple.

“I heard that Henrik got his disciple from Chinatown.

“However, we don’t have any concrete proof of that.

“Kali could tell that he was very powerful after seeing eighteen different footage of him challenging us. He’s going to be tough to deal with!”

“He’s just an American. He doesn’t understand the intricacies of Country H’s martial arts,” Bryar said.

“Besides, Henrik was kicked out of the outskirts twenty years ago. Now, he’s trying to come back? Dream on!

“Tell Kali not to worry! With me here… I’ll slap Henrik out of here myself, let alone his disciple!”

Ernie smiled.

“As expected of a disciple of the Carrion Palace!

“I’ve been hearing all about your talents and skills. I’ll be expecting a good fight from you, Young Master Bryar!”

Ernie wasn’t afraid of Bryar’s family at all…

But even though the Carrion Palace was discreet, its strength was at least on par with the other great temples of the outskirts. Thus, it was only natural for Ernie to fawn over Bryar.

Everyone went to the Budokan with opened windows and doors. The place seemed a little old-school. There were only a few lonely pillars, accompanied by the beautiful scenery outside.

Under the dim lighting, a beautiful woman in a robe was playing a harp. Each sound from the string was enough to shake a person’s soul.

Bryar’s eyes lit up instantly after seeing the woman in front of him.

“What a fine tune, Ms. Kali!” he said, then laughed.
