Harvey York’s Rise to Power Chapter 5587

Chapter 5587

Harvey memorized every piece of information and the outskirts’ map to heart, but this was still his first time here.

There were a few good soldiers from the Sword Camp who came from here.

Harvey couldn’t remember the soldiers’ contact information. He sent Ethan a text asking about it, then casually strolled alongside the moat.

Weeping willows could be seen. They made for quite an elegant sight.

Harvey strolled around as he pondered what he needed to do next. He couldn’t just search for Mandy immediately. After all, the Two-Eyed Bead was involved. Aenar Temple, too.

Even the Jean family wouldn’t hesitate to lose two branch heads for the sake of the bead. Mandy was even kidnapped because of this. If it wasn’t for Harvey, the situation would’ve been horrible.

This was enough to show just how deep the waters were. If Harvey took action recklessly, the consequences would be dire.

It’d probably be easier for Ethan to provide a few soldiers from the Sword Camp, so he could use their connections for his investigation.

While pondering the situation, Harvey stumbled to the place with a lot of weeping willows.

The place was a peninsula that was once a mass grave. Even after all the renovations, the locals still despised the place for being filthy.

Three people showed up under a willow tree as soon as Harvey appeared.

A woman in a green robe stood at the front, and an elderly man was next to her. A fierce-looking young man clad in traditional clothing wasbehind them.

Harvey instinctively looked at the woman.

She was only in her twenties; and her cold expression was similar to Rosalie in Buckwood.

She had quite a slender figure because of her martial arts training. Every single muscle that was supposed to be visible was showing nicely.

In the outskirts, her beauty alone was on par with both Baylee and Billie.

But Harvey had seen a lot of beautiful women in his life, so all he did was give a quick casual glance before looking away.

The three froze instantly, as if they were exposed for doing something terrible.

A fierce aura seeped out of the young man, as if he was ready to take action. The elderly man took a deep look at Harvey, then waved his hand.

Harvey turned around and left. The young man let out a sigh of relief.

“Grandfather, is that…?” the woman asked with an odd expression.

“No. He’s probably just passing by.”

The elderly man was in deep thought.

“That young man’s something else, though. Any man would be stunned by your looks. And yet, he looked away with just a single glance.

“He looks like a university student. He must be a freshman from the Oaklands University. Maybe he’ll be in the same class as you.”

“You should keep an eye on him, my dear granddaughter.”

The woman smiled without saying a word. She wasn’t interested in such a conceited man.
