Chapter 5573
“No need. Don’t contact anyone. Don’t tell this to the branch leader, either.
“The less people know about this… the safer Mandy will be.”
Harvey took a deep breath.
“I’ll go there myself. Deal with everything here as planned. I’ll get Mandy back.”
Harvey picked up his luggage that Leona packed, and got into the car to the Golden Sands International Airport.
At the VIP lounge.
Harvey came as soon as he could. There wasn’t a lot of traffic between Golden Sands and the outskirts. Usually, there would only be two round-trip flights every single day.
Mandy got on the late flight. No matter how panicked Harvey was, he could only get on the early flight at the fastest.
He could get a private jet from Longmen, the Sky Corporation, or the Kaizen Group…
However, he could only keep Mandy safe by being discreet. He had no choice but to wait quietly.
After a few hours of rest, the airport notified everyone of the plane’s arrival and got everyone together for a security check.
There were only a few passengers in the VIP lounge. A while later, more entered.
Several people walked in. A few fierce-looking men in suits were leading the group.
Harvey instinctively looked over, his expression odd.
The men were wearing fitting suits, but he could feel that the suits were a little off. It was as if beasts who roamed jungles were being brought in as domesticated pets.
A well-protected woman was standing behind them.
She looked like she was in her twenties; she wasn’t wearing any makeup, yet she looked naturally beautiful.
With the men’s protection, she went to sit in a corner of the VIP lounge.
Harvey took a few glances before looking away. He could tell that the woman had an extraordinary identity, but it had nothing to do with him.
When he was about to continue to have his rest, one of the fierce- looking guards walked in his direction. The man kicked Harvey’s chair by way of greeting.
The rough, yet weak kick made Harvey frown instantly. He raised his head.
“Something wrong?” he asked.
The man pointed behind him; the passengers who were waiting in the VIP lounge were all pushed outside.
A middle-aged man, who was arguing with someone, was slapped in the face. He seemed like a man with status, yet he had to stumble his way out of the lounge.
“Leave!” the man snarled as Harvey looked behind him. “This isn’t a place for you to stay!”
The man then kicked Harvey’s luggage to the entrance.
The pendant Mandy gave him was hanging on the luggage. With that kick, the pendant slammed onto the ground and split in half.
