Chapter 5461
“A God of War?”
Yuri frowned, but then felt relieved.
“I was wondering why you’ve been acting so high and mighty!
“You think you’re impressive just because you have a God of War on your side?
“I don’t think that an upstart God of War will be enough to go against me!
“This young man was probably playing with dirt when I made a name for myself back then!”
Harvey smiled, and waved at Kairi. He walked back to the pavilion, then poured himself some hot tea before taking a sip.
“Is that so?
“But have you heard of the saying? The young is always stronger!
“You’re both Gods of War. No matter how strong you actually are, what do you think you can actually do?
“The new will always replace the old! If you don’t give up now, I’m afraid that you won’t get another chance.”
“Heh! How naive!” Yuri scoffed; he couldn’t be bothered to talk to Harvey anymore.
He quickly pounced right at the pavilion, wanting to teach Harvey a lesson by giving him a deadly slap to the face.
Clang!
Elias charged right toward Yuri with his long sword in hand. Seeing that, Yuri unsheathed his long sword at lightning speed.
Light trails appeared in the air as the two blades clashed. Sparks flew everywhere, and a horrible sound was heard.
Elias took a few steps back as he landed. Yuri trembled slightly, but remained standing firm on the ground.
“Interesting, but that’s not enough.”
Yuri revealed a bloodthirsty expression when he realized Elias was actually capable.
If Yuri could kill a God of War from Country H, he would have made a huge accomplishment! Most likely, he’d be nominated as a new noble after that.
Without wasting any time, he roared in excitement and pounced forward. He waved his sword, sweeping out waves of bright light.
Clang, clang, clang!
Elias appeared calm as he moved his sword and blocked Yuri’s every single attack at the nick of time.
The swordsmanship of the Island Nations was ruthless, specializing in cutting down opponents with a swift attack. Even the mysterious Abito Way was no different.
Elias’s swordsmanship, on the other hand, was a mixture of all of Country H’s martial arts style, balancing both offense and defense. Because of this, his fierce attacks would naturally regress over time.
After all, he wasn’t as crazy as Yuri. He still wanted to preserve his life.
The longer they fought, the more Elias was at a disadvantage.
Harvey took a few glances at the battle before he realized the problem. Elias was a God of War, but he wasn’t as experienced as Yuri since he had been living a pampered life.
That wouldn’t make a difference in any other case, but it was probably the most decisive factor in this battle’s outcome.
Harvey sipped his tea while pondering the situation in silence. Cameron, who was watching him, scoffed.
‘Everyone can tell who’s going to win at this point! Why are you still pretending?’
