A cold breeze was blowing at the funeral.
The people from the Island Nations, India, and the South Sea instinctively shivered before coming to
their senses. A few people wanted to step back, but they were all forced to come forward by a fierce
aura.
“You bastard! How dare you bury Tobiro?”
A few experts of the Abito Way screamed in rage before charging forward with their swords in hand.
“We’ll kill you and avenge Tobiro!”
“That’s better.” Harvey smiled, crossing his arms. When the experts closed in on him, he swept his leg
across the ground.
“Aaagh!”
An expert screamed in pain; he kept twitching on the ground immediately after being kicked down.
Harvey kicked the experts one after another, breaking their legs. They wailed on the ground. He didn’t
kill them, but they were already rolling on the ground with a look of despair, they had clearly lost their
strength to fight.
“Do the rest of you need my help, too? Or are you going to jump into the hole yourselves?”
Harvey clapped after dealing with the experts.
“Make your choice. Stop wasting everyone’s time. We still need to eat after the funeral. The food’s
getting cold, after all!”
“You’re pretty cocky, kid! I’ll challenge you!”
A man with a foul stench showed up in front of Harvey. He wore traditional clothing from the South Sea;
he looked like an actual monkey, and everyone frowned to see him.
His face was covered in colorful oil paint that gave him an eerie impression. The female guests
instinctively went numb at first glance.
“Sorcerer of the South Sea?”
Harvey looked curiously at the man in front of him.
“Hasn’t the South Sea been going against the Island Nations for the longest time?
“Oh, I get it now.
“Evermore.
“I ruined your business back in Blackburn City.
“And now, you’re taking the opportunity because you have a proper excuse.
“Am I right?”
The man chuckled coldly after hearing Harvey casually point out his identity.
“Since you know why I’m here, why don’t you just make it quick and kill yourself?
“Let me tell you something!
“No matter how impressive you are…
You’d still be able to survive after going against the Island nations!
“But if you offend Evermore, you won’t get a chance to live!
“I, Seb Moreno, will send you your way! I’ll show you just how impressive the sorcerers from the South
Sea are!”
Seb waved his hand, revealing a few bottles. Then, he crushed a centipede in his hand.
Black smoke seeped out as he moved; the entire place was
covered in a foul stench, and he disappeared into the smoke while laughing coldly.
The crowd was immediately terrified. What a mysterious sorcerer!
