“Not to mention outside forces causing trouble there…
“That place is decidedly frightening.
“People die there if they’re not careful.”
Harvey gave a soft smile.
“If you don’t want to go, I can give everything up right now for us to live in secret.”
Mandy glanced at Harvey.
“Can you? Can you really give everything up?
“What about Yvonne? Kait? Kairi? Katy? Queenie? What about the women whose names that I don’t even know?”
Harvey’s eyes twitched when Mandy said the names.
“What are you trying to say?” he said with a little laugh.
“They’re just good friends.
“All we do is chat and send each other some texts. It’s nothing, really.
“Are you jealous?”
Mandy scoffed.
“You think I don’t know anything?”
Harvey snickered. He dared not answer back.
As the head of the ninth branch, Mandy had access to a lot of resources.
Harvey would make a wrong move if he kept seeing her like a young lady.
Mandy scoffed again after seeing Harvey remain silent.
“Of course, I’m heading to Wolsing.
“You said you’d support me in becoming the head of the Jean family, right?
“If that’s the case, we’ll have to go no matter what.
“If we can’t even get past Wolsing, we’d have no chance of going further than that.”
Harvey smiled gently when he saw Mandy’s determined expression.
“Sure. Since we’re at this point, I’ll have to join you then.”
“Can you right now?”
Mandy looked at the entrance before Castiel came in with a Lerrible look on his face.
Harvey frowned when Castiel stood before him.
“Master York, Peyton Horan of Dragon Cell is here.”
Harvey stood and gestured for Mandy to stay before walking Loward the entrance.
Eighteen people in red uniforms completely surrounded the place outside.
Peyton was casually leaning on his car with his cane in hand.
He showed a gentle smile after seeing Harvey’s face.
“How’s everything, Sir York?”
“I’ve been well. How’s Talia doing?”
