Kairi was on a call with someone. She was standing on a balcony separated by a wall.

“How did something happen to the old man?

“Why are you here, Sir York? I heard that you went to Golden Cell. I thought you’d be locked up for a few days. I was planning to bail you out, too… Didn’t think that you’d get out that easily!”
“You were planning to? Didn’t you do that already?” Harvey froze.
“Did I?” Kairi was confused. Naturally, she didn’t even get the chance to do anything yet.
Harvey wanted to talk about Carver, but he decided to change the subject after seeing Kairi so absent- minded.
“I’ll tell you about it later. What happened to you?”
Kairi figured that Harvey caught bits of her phone conversation, and sighed.
“My grandfather’s in a bad state right now. The Patel family’s been spreading rumors that he’s about to pass away.
“The princes of the family’s five major branches decided to see him one last time. They definitely have ulterior motives for coming back!”
Kairi was clearly in a bad mood.
“The Patel family has branches?” Harvey frowned. “I remember now. Elias belongs to Mordu’s branch, right? I’ve seen him before. Where are the other four branches from, then?”
Kairi was shocked that Harvey knew who Elias was.
“Other than the main branch in Golden Sands, there are five other major branches in Wolsing, Mordu, the Northsea, Gangnam, and one overseas.
