Chapter 4762
Chapter 4762
On the next day, at nine o’clock in the morning. A red Ferrari 488 was parked in front of the Fortune Hall.
Harvey York wore a robe, as Mandy Zimmer requested, before sitting on the passenger’s seat.
Mandy stepped on the pedal when the car sped off as quick as lightning.
Harvey flipped through the Centennial Book in his hand while on the road.
“Why would you need to be so careful about this particular client?
“I have to wear all this?”
Harvey felt the most comfortable wearing his casual clothes and extremely uncomfortable wearing a robe like this.
Mandy briefly hesitated.
“I just met the client. He has connections with the Jean family and has a lot of power.
“That said, he’s a bit of a loner. He’s not that easy to hang out with.
“Then again, I heard there’s a huge problem with his house. He has been getting headaches and nightmares all year round.
He’d even get palpitations whenever he dozed off during the day.
“It’s said that he asked for countless well- known doctors to help, but to no avail.
“When he visited a shrine one day, an expert told him that his problem lay in geomancy arts.
“He had called many geomancy experts to help…
“But they were pretty mediocre at best.
“Since you’re so well-known here, my business will be smooth sailing if you deal with my client’s problem.”
Mandy had no intention of hiding anything.
Harvey froze before he curiously looked at Mandy.
Mandy did not say much, but he immediately understood the meaning behind her words.
She hoped that Harvey would contribute towards the ninth branch to relieve the tension coming from Lilian Yates. After all, she would not say anything if Harvey actually helped Mandy with her business.
If not, the two could not get back together, with Lilian stuck in the middle.
Without a second thought, Harvey made a faint smile.
“You should ask for my help more with things like these.
“I can’t do much, but this is nothing difficult anyway.”
Mandy pouted.
“It’s way better than Kairi asking for your help on something big.”
Harvey immediately stopped talking. Mandy was about to throw a tantrum again if the conversation kept going.
After driving for about an hour, the car came to the most high-class areas of Golden Sands, the Ostrane Bay.
Mandy drove around before arriving at the villa area.
Harvey froze. He suddenly remembered the villa that Darius Jackson had bought him.
He planned to give Mandy the villa as an anniversary present, but she rejected it.
Harvey thought to look around the villa if he had the time. Living in the Fortune Hall was pretty comfortable, but it was quite inconvenient for people to come barging in all the time.
The car stopped in front of the Ostrane Five.
The area was the most upscale out of the entire Ostrane Bay.
At the end of the road, about seven hundred feet away, was where Harvey’s Ostrane One was located.
Ostrane Four was unoccupied. Ostrane Two belonged to Darius himself. Ostrane Three was said to be owned by the Patel family.
Other than showing how immense the client’s status was for living in a house like this, it was clear that this was an extremely important meeting.
