Chapter 4665
Chapter 4665
Eliel Braff was pondering the situation.
“The Royal Soul?” Penny Jackson coldly exclaimed.
“Do you think this is some kind of movie?!
There’s no way everything’s as absurd as you claim!”
In Penny’s mind, Harvey York’s words were no different than movie scripts, and she would be insane to believe such a thing.
Mr. Davis thought about the situation before pulling out a crystal ball.
That said, he could not see the Royal Blood with things like astrology arts.
Harvey completely ignored the others when he quietly told Watson Braff something.
Watson froze before he left.
A few minutes later, he brought over an ancient steel plate used to burn offerings.
“What’s this for?
“You’re going to burn offerings for the ancestor’s forgiveness?
“Are you people really into materialistic goods?”
Mr. Davis and the people behind looked at each other.
“Is this a joke?
“What’s the point of us if you can just do something like that?”
Penny’s face instantly darkened. If Harvey only pretended to deal with the situation by burning some offerings, she would not hesitate to send him flying with a single slap.
“Light the fire, Director Braff.”
Watson stepped forward when he pulled out a box of matches.
Then, Harvey flicked his finger before a drop of blood landed in the middle of Atlas Braff’s head on the painting.
‘Aaagh!’
A horrible shriek echoed in everyone’s minds! Truly a shocking situation!
In front of everyone’s eyes, the once beautiful painting instantly carbonized.
Next, Harvey tore the painting before throwing it onto the plate.
Watson swiped his matchstick and dropped it onto the painting.
Fwoom!
The flame rose almost instantly. The tiny matchstick alone was able to create such a raging fire, as if the painting itself was roaring in resentment.
Looking closely, the fire also resembled the shape of a dragon.
“You b*stard! You’re destroying a sacred item!
Penny was utterly stunned.
“Do you know how much the painting means to the family?!
“Do you know that this is considered a national treasure?!
“Do you have any idea what are the consequences for doing such a thing?!”
Penny wanted to slap Harvey in the face after she screamed in anger, but Eliel abruptly stopped her.
The beautiful women were all showing pity before glaring at Harvey with disdain.
In their eyes, the painting would have cost millions of dollars if sold at an auction.
“The gloom’s gone?!”
Mr. Davis frowned instantly.
He looked around the place in shock. He realized the gloom that shrouded the entire house slowly dissipated, replaced by a sense of fresh energy.
Then, he instinctively looked at Harvey.
Harvey was holding out a fork and a dinner plate then.
He twirled the fork around the metal plate before revealing an image from the remaining bits of the painting.
It was a carp showing in the corner piece of the painting.
