Chapter 4607
Chapter 4607
Kade calmly walked in, a cigar in hand. He kicked down a vase from the Braided Dynasty.
“Get out of here, Esther John!” he yelled.
Harvey crossed his arms, and walked in without any emotion. Looking around, he saw many good items and rough gemstones on the racks. Many stone gamblers were gathered here.
“Oh, my! Isn’t this Young Master Bolton?”
As Harvey was scanning his surroundings, a cackle could be heard from the deeper part of Empire Hall. A beautiful woman appeared.
She was wearing a dress embroidered with golden threads, looking sensual and witty. It was the same woman who fought Harvey before.
Esther stopped in her tracks, and spoke in a personable tone.
“Judging from the big crowd, you’re either here to destroy our things or to beat people up.
“What did my subordinates do to you again?
“Or are you angry that I didn’t text you back last night?”
Esther squinted, looking quite grim.
Obviously, she was unhappy about Kade showing up to ruin his business.
“Heh, heh, da o trans late dot com heh! You’re pretty good at putting up a front!” Kade snarled.
He stepped forward, and tapped Esther’s beautiful face.
“We’re all experienced people here.
“Are you telling me that you don’t know what you did?
“Do you really need me to remind you?”
“Sir Kade, you’re the young master of the mighty Bolton family. Your father is the king of the city’s underworld,” Esther said, looking helpless.
“I respect you! I’ve been nothing but sincere to you!
“Please! If I did something that offended you, do clarify.
“That way, I’ll know what I did wrong.”
“Heh, heh, heh!”
Kade chuckled coldly.
If he didn’t see Harvey deal with the Oni Blade in front of his eyes, he’d probably believe he had misunderstood Esther.
It was a shame. Having seen everything, Kade finally understood Esther’s heinous motives.
If Kade decided to put the statue in his own home …
The entire Bolton family would be gone in a matter of three months!
It was obvious Kade didn’t believe Esther when she claimed to not know anything.
People wouldn’t prepare something like this if they didn’t harbor ulterior motives in the first place.
Esther had been scheming against Kade since the very beginning. She probably had the statue prepared before she even met him.
Kade recalled the transaction. Esther had done her best to convince him to purchase.
“I’m giving you one last chance, Esther!” he snarled, looking ruthless.
“I’ll let you live if you admit what you did!
“If not, I’ll make sure you die without a burial spot!
“I’ll turn your corpse to ashes! Your family won’t even get to see you in one piece when I’m done with you!”
Kade chuckled arrogantly, as if he was the king of the world.
“I’ll destroy the entire Empire Hall, too!
We’ll all be screwed when that happens!”
Sensing the murderous intent on Kade, Esther narrowed her eyes. She knew exactly what went down.
