Harvey York looked calm while doing his own thing, completely ignoring the doctor.
The doctor showed a cold look, thinking that what she said was right.
“We have the youngest and most outstanding medical staff here! We’re professionals!
“We already announced Mr. Braff’s death! Even God wouldn’t be able to save him!”
The beautiful nurses on the side took their masks off while coldly glaring at Harvey, thinking he was just here to cause trouble as he pleased.
“People should always remain humble,” replied Harvey.
“You can’t do it, but that doesn’t necessarily mean I can’t.
“There’s always another person better than you.
You should understand that.”
“I can’t do it?
The doctor immediately lashed out after hearing those words.
“Listen to me, kid! I’m not a con man like you!
“I’m the top doctor of the Oak Crest Hospital, Maren Failes!
“My teacher is none other than Oskar Armstrong himself!
“I’ve been in the profession for almost five years!
I’m also the newly-appointed vice director!
“And you’re claiming that I can’t do this?!
Maren furiously glared at Harvey.
“Come! Tell me, what right do you even have to criticize me right now!”
Harvey shrugged.
“I’m no doctor, nor am I criticizing you.
“I just want to tell you that you shouldn’t look down on other ways of saving people.”
“Other ways to save people?
Maren scoffed with an icy cold expression.
“At the end of the day, you’re just a con man who knows nothing about the medical field!
“I heard about people like you before! All you do is draw up talismans to fool people!
“All those foolish old folk stopped coming here after being tricked by people like you! They completely stopped believing in us because of this!
“You people are just sc*mbags who prey on others!
“How dare you doubt my medical skills when you’re like this?!”
Maren quickly exposed Harvey’s identity…
The people around were showing disdainful glares after hearing those words.
They thought Harvey was some sort of prodigy who was passing by. If that were not the case, Soren would not have begged for his help in the first place….
And yet he was just some geomancy expert.
‘Why would he ask for someone like that to help?’
‘Is this a joke?’
The nurses lightly pouted with utter disgust.
Soren also felt extremely awkward after hearing everyone doubt Harvey’s abilities.
“Is that so? If you’re that impressive, then why haven’t you treated your asthma?” Harvey refuted calmly.
“You’re calling yourself a doctor when you can’t even deal with such a minor issue?
“How dare you call yourself Senior Armstrong’s student?
“You’re completely embarrassing him.”
Harvey kept pressing on different parts of Watson’s body while he was talking.
Watson’s blood flow was constantly triggered. He would wake up temporarily after a few minutes.
That way, there would be no problems using traditional medical skills to treat him afterward.
Of course, Harvey needed to get rid of the dead air surrounding Watson, effectively bringing him back to life.
