Nova should’ve been at work already, so why was she at the main hall? Right as Harvey walked in, Aunt Anderson was waving her phone with a righteous look.

“She’s the talent you offered thousands of dollars to work for you, Nova Anderson!”
“I’m so sorry! The entire family went to celebrate last night.We forgot to set an alarm after we drank so much!”

Harvey was completely speechless; the family was filled with idiots after all.They barely managed to work in Archa Corporation, yet they came this late…

Aunt Anderson’s prideful expression was evident to everyone.
“Right! Now that we’re here, you should at least welcome us, right?”
“We don’t need anything extravagant, either; just get a few higher-ups to accompany us!”
“Also, my daughter only drinks 1982 Lafites for her skincare!”

Aunt Anderson hung up before glancing at Nova.
“Don’t worry, dear! It’s just a few hours!”
“You’re a real talent, Nova! Nobody can compare themselves to you. The company will do everything in its power to keep you here!”
“Without you, the entire company will go bankrupt in just a few months!”
“The manager’s about to welcome us, too!”
The beautiful women and handsome security guards at the front desk looked at each other after hearing those words; they were completely confused.
They didn’t understand why the Pagan family would have relatives like this in the first place.
“I’ll ask for more money when I see the manager later,” Nova said calmly as she put on more makeup.
“I’ve thought about it.I should have at least fifteen thousand dollars per month!”
Aunt Anderson was impressed.

“Huh?” Aunt Anderson squawked.
“Why are you saying that name?”
“That’s bad luck!”
Aunt Anderson was completely annoyed.Her expression changed instantly when her gaze fell on Harvey.
“Harvey?!”
“Why is this b*stard here?”
“I know! He must be here to cling to us so he can find a job as a security guard!”
