Early in the following morning,Harvey got up from a bad sleep and was dragged into the car by Mandy.
She started complaining about Harvey as soon as the two got in.
They had already talked about Gabriel treating the family to a meal the day before…
And yet, Harvey still got up so late.
Harvey got more information about the situation after getting inside the car.
Gabriel got lucky enough to be in charge of a multi-million- dollar project.
Safe to say, his status rose because of this.
His sister, Baylor Lee, had been doing extremely well in her work as well.
Safe to say, this was a huge blessing to his family.
Lilian and Simon wanted to go as well, but they asked Mandy to go in their stead since they had things to attend to.
After hearing that Mandy was coming, Gabriel wanted Harvey to join as well, with the excuse that he wanted to give Harvey guidance.
Harvey, however, knew full well that Gabriel wasn’t that kind- hearted.
But he didn’t care.
Since Mandy insisted, he didn’t mind following along.

Harvey and Mandy showed up at the second box of Red Pavilion.
The box was extremely luxurious; there were five massive tables inside to fit fifty people.
It’s said that the lowest spending of each table was at least a thousand and four hundred dollars.
Safe to say, Gabriel was holding nothing back.
The tables were filled with people.
Every single one of them had the radiating energy of top-class elites.
Mandy quietly explained to Harvey that they were all from the Lee family.
The Lee family was just a third-rate family at best, but there were quite a lot of them.
Along with the fact that they were locals of the city, they believed that they had an immense status and looked down on everything they didn’t fancy.
These people didn’t even realize that Mandy and Harvey were already there.
Gabriel’s parents were hosting the place.
He nodded with a prideful expression when he saw Harvey, then pointed at the entrance.
That said, his parents’ eyes lit up when they saw Mandy, and they smiled brightly.
Avery and Baylor ignored Harvey completely when they greeted Mandy.
Harvey didn’t care, and dragged Mandy to the seat near the entrance.
The Lee family’s faces darkened instantly; they had prepared a seat for Mandy at the main table.
At first, they planned to separate Harvey and make him sit at the entrance…
But before they could say a word, Harvey already got Mandy with him.
Mandy couldn’t help but chuckle after being dragged to her seat.
“You’re pretty mean, you know that? Don’t you see they’re inviting me to the main table?”
“Do they think they can keep me away from my wife? Why would I give them the chance in the first place?”
Harvey retorted.
“Gabriel must be dreaming!”
Mandy had a surprised look; her lips pulled into a frown as she recalled how Gabriel had been treating her.
She had always believed that Gabriel had ulterior motives to cling to Lilian…
But she didn’t think he’d come for her as well, despite the fact that she was already married.
‘How is this possible?’ Right as she was pondering over the situation, Gabriel’s elegant-looking mother stood up.
The woman let out a light cough before revealing a haughty expression.
“Everyone! Gabriel managed to be in charge of a huge project for Evergreen Capital Group, worth fifteen million dollars!”
“Baylor became the director of the Eclipse Studios as well!”
“They’re both coming along in this world!”
