Harvey, who was watching, frowned and took a step forward.
Xynthia rejected Westin’s love decisively, but she was still forced to accept it.
As her brother-in-law, Harvey couldn’t simply allow this to happen.
Right as he took a step forward, the men in suits who were blocking Xynthia approached him.
A six-feet-two tall man sized up Harvey before he exclaimed frostily, “Don’t you see Mr. Miller declaring his love?”
“Strangers not allowed inside!”
The man pushed Harvey aside, shooing him away.
“Xynthia’s my sister. What right do you have to keep me out here?” Harvey snarled,
*Sister?”
The man guffawed.
“I don’t care who you are, but you’re still not allowed in!”
“Unless Mr. Miller gets what he wants, nobody’s allowed to ruin his show…”
Harvey narrowed his eyes.
“Move,” he commanded coldly.
“Oh? Are you angry?”
“Looks like you’re not her brother, but her lover instead!”
“Do you feel humiliated when a woman you love is being pursued by someone else? Did your dignity get tarnished?”
The man shot Harvey a derisive glare.
“There’s no use! If you’re pissed about it, go slam your head against a wall or something! Stop trying to cause trouble here!”
As the security team leader of the Deepsky Corporation, the man was quite confident in himself.
Westin had given him a mission today, and that was to keep everyone out of the restaurant.
He was doing everything in his power to fulfill his duty.
After hearing the conversation, the rest of the men exchanged grins.
Judging from how hasty Harvey was, they thought that he was the person that Xynthia mentioned, they were almost sure Harvey and Xynthia were together, too.
‘A powerless man like this, getting his woman taken advantage of by another man. Is there a more exciting show than this?”
Harvey frowned.
“Move!” he repeated, this time more slowly.
“Huh?! Don’t you understand me?”
The security team leader glared at Harvey.
“I told you! Mr. Miller’s doing something right now! Stop trying to cause trouble!”
“You can go in when he gets the woman!”
“If not, then don’t blame me for what happens next!”
The security team leader cracked his fingers, a threatening look on his face.
Slap!
However, Harvey couldn’t be bothered to talk any longer.
He instantly slapped the man aside with the back of his palm.
Slap, slap!
He swung his palm around after that.
The remaining security guards lay on the ground, paralyzed.
They were all shivering to no end, sapped off the strength to even utter a single word.
They didn’t expect a seemingly ordinary-looking man to turn out to be so impressive and take them out with a single slap.
They were filled with disbelief.
Harvey kicked them aside without any qualms and strode into the restaurant.
At that moment, the birthday party was filled with loud and ignorant cheers.
Westin ignored Xynthia’s rejection and kept shouting, “Just say yes, Xynthia!”
