Finley paused in his tracks when he heard Harvey’s words.
‘I’ll die if she eats it?’
Noemi and the others were frightened; they instinctively looked at the egg in front of them with a wary gaze.
“Mr. Finley’s dish can kill?”
‘How is that possible?’
After the initial shock, the people quickly came to their senses; they thought Harvey was just trying to scare them to get more attention.
“What are you even saying?!”
“Do you know who Mr. Finley is? He’s the royal chef of the Empire! The head chefs of the royal family are all his students!”
“And yet, you’re saying that his dishes are going to kill?!”
“Not only are you slandering Mr. Finley’s abilities, you’re also slandering the entire royal family of the Empire!”
“Do you think you’re some big character when you’re just a country bumpkin?!”
“You talk like you know everything! Have you ever seen a truffle? Do you even know what caviar is?”
“Kneel and apologize! If not, you’ll have to crawl your way out of here!”
A few people started frowning.

‘He only sells medicine! Does he think that he’s God?!’
‘He probably checked for the meal’s ingredients ahead of time!’
“How dare you act so high and mighty instead of humbling yourself? Do you really think you’re that impressive?”
Noemi flashed him a frosty glare.
‘Kneel and apologize! If not, I’ll get the security guards to throw you out myself!”
“I’ll chase you out of the damn country, too! You won’t get another chance to embarrass everyone else here!”
Ellen’s hand, which was holding a fork, trembled.
“Apologize to Mr. Finley already, Harvey!” she exclaimed, tugging on Harvey’s sleeve.
“You can’t just slander a prominent figure like that!”
“Mr. Finley’s a generous man! He’ll definitely forgive you if you apologize.”
Finley slowly turned around, glaring coldly at Harvey.
“You want me to kneel and apologize?”
Harvey turned to Finley as well, a small smile crossing his lips.
“You should ask Mr. Finley if he can take an apology from me instead.”
“Are you still showing off even right now?”
“Why wouldn’t he be able to take that from you?” Noemi exclaimed, agitated.
“All you did was spout a bunch of nonsense before slandering him! It’s only natural for you to kneel and apologize!”
“If you don’t ask for his forgiveness today, we won’t let you get off that easily!”
“The other guests here will chase you down to the ends of the earth!”
“You’re ruining our idol’s image, after all!”
“Yeah!”
The others glared furiously at Harvey.
The rest of the guests were looking at him coldly as well.
‘Mr. Finley’s dish kills people?’
‘Is that man just making fun of those people for being uneducated? There’s no way a conman could actually be this impressive…’
