Harvey York’s Rise to Power Chapter 3910

Harvey York’s Rise To Power Chapter 3910

Chapter 3910

Harvey could tell what Noemi was thinking, but he didn’t mind it at all.

It was natural for a mother to protect her child, after all.

He took the name card and kept it in his pocket

At this moment, Noemi suddenly coughed.

Harvey instinctively looked at her chest.

Noemi got furious when she saw where Harvey was looking.

‘How dare a child like him act this way? Who does he think I am?”

If Harvey didn’t save her daughter, she would’ve slapped him in the face for his rudeness.

“Since you’re being so kind to me, Mrs. Moreno, there’s something I should say.”

Harvey hesitated for a moment before he continued speaking.

“I don’t know what kind of martial arts you’re training, but there’s a huge flaw in your practice.”

“It’s best if you stop training or let go of everything you trained for. You won’t survive long if you don’t.”

“Harvey!”

Ellen froze, she was then reminded of his miraculous feat of saving Dean.

“Are you serious about this?”

“Harvey’s really impressive, Mother! You need to listen to him!”

Noemi squinted, and finally let go of her formalities

“Is that so? I didn’t think you’d have such a keen eye. It’s true I’ve trained in martial arts for a few years to strengthen my body.”

“Does this mean you’re an expert as well?”

Harvey nodded.

“I wouldn’t say that, but I’m probably on the same level as you.”

“You hurt your lungs because of your training, so it’s best that you stop once and for all.”

“If not, there’ll be no way for you to be cured if something does go wrong.”

“You can do a scan at the hospital if you don’t believe me.”

Harvey was planning to figure out where exactly Noemi was hurting, but he stopped after seeing the cautious look on her face.

Ellen hesitated; she wanted Harvey to take a look at her mother’s condition after hearing that her mother was in such a dire situation. However, for the longest time, Noemi had been completely fine. Ellen had no idea what to say at that moment.

“I know it’s taboo to point out other people’s flaws in their martial arts………”

Harvey took a deep breath.

“But I’m only telling you this because you’re my friend. Plus, you two have done me a favor.”

“I wouldn’t get myself involved if it were anyone else.”

“Heh, heh! I didn’t think you’d be so kind!”

Noemi held her daughter back before smiling calmly.

“You said my lungs are injured, but I don’t feel anything at all.”

“I’ve been running 6 miles every single day. I’m doing shadow boxing to get myself stronger, too!”

“If you’re talking about my coughs, that was the only time I coughed in the past month!”

“You’re not going to tell me that you knew that my martial art was flawed because of that, right? Are you going to tell me you know what exactly is wrong with my body, and that you know how to fix it too?”

“If you’re really that impressive, you would’ve been extremely well-known by now!”

“Why are you still so unpopular?”

Harvey chuckled bitterly,

“Mrs. Moreno, it’ll be easy to fix your condition while it’s still early. If you keep stalling, there won’t be anything left to help you.”

“Alright, enough! I appreciate your concern.”

Noemi didn’t give a straight answer, she merely thought that Harvey was being ridiculous. 1
