Harvey York’s Rise To Power Chapter 3592
Chapter 3592
Audrey was surprised.
“Young Master, even a double-sided firearm wouldn’t be able to hurt you, let alone a blade…”
“You don’t get it.”
“Not only is Harvey completely insane, but he also doesn’t fear anyone.”
“He’s like a ticking time bomb-the ones that’ll explode at any moment.”
Naturally, Jeff didn’t think of Audrey as just a plaything.
“People like him can definitely benefit us, but they’ll also hurt us in return if we’re not careful…”
“That’s why I’m thinking of ways to deal with him when Joseph’s gone.”
There was an odd gaze on Jeff.
He was showing admiration, fear, and unbridled rage toward Harvey.
Whenever he thought of Harvey, his composure shook.
Audrey pondered about the situation for a while.
“Young Master. Since he’s such a good blade, why don’t we just use him to deal with both Joseph and Harold?”
“It’ll be easy for you to kill Harvey after you rise to power, won’t it?”
“After I rise to power?”
Jeff chuckled coldly.
“When he’s done dealing with those two, he might just come at me right after!”
“He’s trying to do the same, after all.”
“Ah!”
Audrey couldn’t help but cover her little mouth. Naturally, she didn’t understand why Harvey had the right to rise in the Bauer family.
“Not the family, but Longmen itself.”
Jeff took a sip of water with a gloomy look.
“I received word that Harvey York is most likely the newly-appointed head of Longmen’s Law Enforcement.”
“He participated in the Longmen Summit and was the final candidate who passed.”
“Once he wins the entire tournament, together with his identity, it’ll be easy for him to rise as the master of Longmen!”
“The Bauer family does come second in the top ten families, but the benefit of being a master of the family is to have control of Longmen.”
“But if Harvey manages to rise to power, do you think he’ll suppress me first or the other way around?”
Naturally, Jeff had thought long and far about these things.
Audrey froze.
“You’re saying Harvey’s been after that position since the very beginning?” she asked, stuttering.
“He went against Joseph and the Indians just for this?”
“Did he join forces with you because of this as well?”
“Most likely.”
Jeff’s gaze was filled with horror; he could feel his injuries aching when he reminded himself of the situation.
“Did you realize?” he asked quietly.
“When Harvey went against Joseph, other than the Martial Hall and a few members of the Hatchet Gar he used more of my connections to back him up?”
“Logically speaking, he should’ve been using his men in Longmen’s Law Enforcement.”
“After all, those people are his. It’d be easier for him to control them, anyway.”
“Yet, he still asked us to deal with all those other forces.”
“What does this mean?”
