The students who spoke up were instantly silenced. They did not know what to reply at this point.
After seeing the students‘ beliefs being swayed, Boden Osborne chuckled disdainfully.
“I know you people don’t believe that Harvey’s only good at putting on a facade!
“That’s why, to prove that he’s just a conman, I invited a few deacons from the
Martial Arts Alliance here!
“These people are experts! You’ll know that Harvey’s just a conman soon enough!
Boden took a few steps back.
“I hope you’ll show everyone his true colors.”
Harvey calmly glanced over before he saw five elderly people in traditional clothing standing behind Boden.
Two of them seemed transcendent–looking. The other two were well–known for giving talks on stage and sharing a lot of knowledge regarding martial arts.
Safe to say that anyone with a passion for martial arts would recognize the two well- respected figures.
Clearly, they were prepared for this moment!
Countless people were looking at the two elderly people.
Boden handed over a few manuals he confiscated here to the students with a smile.
“This is the teaching manual with the lessons you’d be learning here.
“Take a look.”
The students took the manuals and casually flipped through the pages.
Ordinary martial arts and stances were documented on the pages.
Safe to say that any Budokan in Flutwell would teach the same thing. There was nothing extraordinary about this at all.
The five experts looked at the students while shaking their heads.
“It’s too basic!”
“Nothing in the teaching manual is out of the ordinary!”
“Not just any Budokan; you’d be able to get this at any bookstore!”
“You can probably learn something independently if you want to!”
“If you’re not confident enough, you can probably find a Budokan that only costs you a few hundred dollars to teach you this stuff!”
“This guy is asking for fourteen thousand dollars to teach you the absolute basics here!”
“If he’s not a conman, then what is he?!”
“This is heinous!”
“It’s my first time seeing someone like this after being alive for so long!”
The students shifted their gaze toward Harvey in complete shock after hearing the deacons‘ words.
