Harvey sighed after seeing the look on Xynthia’s face.
Sometimes, he couldn’t help but be impressed that the sisters had nothing in common with their mother.
An insufferable woman like Lilian being able to give birth to two well–mannered daughters was already a good enough blessing.
At this moment, Harvey knew he couldn’t joke with Xynthia about this any longer.
“Fine. I won’t make it harder for you,” Harvey said after letting out a sigh.

“Just tell them to kneel for an entire day tomorrow.”

Xynthia let out a sigh of relief.
She was reminded of another thing soon after.
“How’s Larisa, anyway?”
“I heard she’s been acting sluggish the entire time. It’s not because I shot her, right?”
The kind–hearted young woman couldn’t help but worry
about her friend.
“I don’t know.”
Harvey smiled.
“But the shot probably didn’t affect her that badly.”
“She’s not sick either.”
“Huh? What happened to her, then?”
Xynthia was shocked.
“She was just shocked, wasn’t she? She’ll be patched up soon.”
Harvey smiled.
“The shot only injured her on the outside. There’s almost nothing else wrong with her.”
“That said, since the doctors and nurses got the wrong treatment for her, she naturally won’t be able to heal.”

said after letting out a sigh.

“I have to ask for debt with your sister tomorrow too. I don’t have time for other things right now.”

Xynthia nodded slightly without saying a word after seeing Harvey’s angry look.
Early in the following morning, Harvey sent a few people to guard Xynthia. After making sure that Mrs. Lee and the others wouldn’t cause any more trouble, he went to Hearthstone Corporation.
