The sovereign they serve under already fell out of power many years ago.
A hint of anger flashed before Akio Yashiro’s
eyes, but he calmed himself down soon after.

With Akio’s scream, the eight swordsmen instantly pounced forward.
From eight different directions, the swordsmen used the most traditional yet lethal swordsmanship of the Island Nations, Iaido.
A piercing glare could be felt as soon as the blade cut forward.
When eight of their strikes combined, it formed
an attack resembling a typhoon before coming
right toward Harvey.
Harvey wasted no time and slammed his hand
on the table.
The table flew out, crashed into one of the attacks, and turned to dust instantly.
Harvey used the opportunity to jump out of the cabin and get to the side of the deck.
Pools of blood could still be seen mixed with the bullets outside. It was a horrifying sight.
The eight swordsmen did not even blink after seeing what happened. They all came to the deck instantly before swinging their longswords once again.

The aura of the swordsmen’s attacks formed an immense, terrifying pressure.
Even the deck seemed to be collapsing because
of their actions.
Akio came outside with a warm smile on his face, holding his teacup.
“Sir York, these are the Shindan Way’s Sons of
Raiden!
“I taught them myself to serve the Emperor himself.
“It’s a bit overkill to use them against you…
“I hope you’re lucky enough to keep your corpse intact!”
“You’re a God of War yourself, but you’re the one who taught these idiots?!” Harvey exclaimed after seeing the sight.
“They can’t even scratch me.”
As soon as the longswords pointed downward,
Harvey touched the deck with the tip of his toe before soaring into the air, completely dodging the attacks through a small gap.

The strike failed to hit Harvey, but it managed to open a big hole on the deck.
