“If he doesn‘t know what‘s best for him, I wouldn‘t mind killing him off either.”
Lexie‘s calm words clearly showed her resolve to
put Vince to power.
She had suffered great losses in front of Harvey before, so she wanted to rip him to shreds badly.
But if Harvey was willing to back down, Lexie wouldn‘t mind giving away the Dragon Palace‘s branch either.

A calm drizzle showered from the sky, covering the entire place in a cloud of water.
Harvey, who was about to enter the lobby after getting out of his Toyota Prado, heard a loud rev coming from a car‘s engine.
A bright red Ferrari 488 was parked next to Harvey.
As soon as the car windows rolled down, a woman with a beautiful and tender–looking face that resembled a painting could be seen. She was wearing a black Chanel dress with Gucci sunglasses, making her seem fashionable and elegant.
Harvey slightly frowned after seeing the enchanting woman in front of him.
It was Lexie from the Yorks of Hong Kong.
Since Quinton arranged such a big show, surely he would tell Vince about Selena‘s investigation as well.
If that was the case, it would be perfectly normal for Lexie to show up then.
But Harvey was a little surprised. She didn‘t
seem like she was here to fight at all as she came alone.

Lexie held onto the steering wheel and leaned on the car window after seeing Harvey‘s look of confusion.
“Why don‘t we speak inside, Harvey?” she suggested, with a warm smile on her face.
“The Huancheng Expressway looks beautiful in the rain. Why don‘t we go take a look together?”
Her calm expression was showing a hint of allure then.
It was as if Lexie was actually pretty close to Harvey.
Harvey held onto the car window with both hands while tilting his head.
“Madam York, if I remember correctly, we‘re supposed to be enemies, right?
“With a strong grudge against each other, in fact.
“When did we become friends that watch the rain and drive around together?
“This doesn‘t seem right!”
Harvey knew full well that he got the Dragon Palace‘s branch from this woman.
It was good enough that she didn‘t cause him more trouble, but why would she even try to get into his good graces?
If this was an assassination attempt, this would be a frightening attempt to say the least.

“You‘re afraid of me biting you or something?”
