While Harvey was still casually enjoying his tea, Mitchell was filled with rage after seeing him.
Not only did he disrespect the Law Enforcement of Longmen back in Mordu, but even his own son, who came to call the shots, was perished by him.
Mitchell wanted to gun Harvey down so badly.
But after thinking of his other plans, he held his feelings back.
Obviously, a man with his position would have some form of competence.

After seeing Harvey continue sipping his tea, Mitchell almost broke a tooth, gritting.

“If I were to kill you off right here, no one in Longmen will even make a single complaint.”
